That is a sign of those times, in those days people actually STOPPED at zebra crossing. These days, my 9 year old daughter and I stand and wait at zebra crossings and only 1 car in 4 actually stops.

Very useful video, I often found myself wondering how to use pedestrian crossing and belisha becons. After seeing this video I've not been run over or hit by a car, so far so good!
