I for example play the guitar for 18 years now and I am pretty lazy what the changing of strings concerns. My strings snap maybe one time in 2 years. It really happes barely even though I am playing Megadeth, Metallica and other fast stuff. Ìts just about not bending or playing so nervous, it is all about you and your feeling and if you get nervous your material gets too.
