TRUTH: Nothing is going to come of this case just like the Fong Lee kid's murder by the cops. When you are dealing with an organized gang you have to be organized yourself all the tools are there just apply them.
The fence has restraint marks . i believe that he was holding on to the fence to keep the cops from tossing him over .. it looked like they pulled him while he was holding the fence .... crooked cops . D:
