There is also no hardcore mode as it is a short beta (level 13 being the cap) and is only 1/3rd of act 1. Ontop of that the Beta is going to be a *short* one according to blizzard so probably only 2 months~ as they said they're aiming for a 2011 release :P

To do that, the commentator must know how to communicate effectively and enthusiastically, and given that the game is fast-moving, he must know how to communicate efficiently as well.
