The point of playing the marines is for the horror of, seeing your spine come out of your gut, and some people are actually better at the marine than anything else.

That's one thing the got spot on with this game, by making three completely different species to play yet have them so even that they make the perfect multi-player matchup.

But this is a game, so the player choses what they want to do, and who they want to kill. Unarmed or not, the player can have the predator kill any of them :)

yea however, I do not belive this game is appropriat for a 11 year old. I am 16 and evan I am supposed to be underaged for this (getting it anyway though) but 11 year is abit to young. When he is 14+ then maybe but untill then I dont think it would be wise to get it. And Its not human nature, but since we dont really see much violence and gore irl anymore (did a 100 years ago maybe) We get more interested in it then previus generations.

pretty brutal kills, specially that alien one with the pov being in its mouth (brains, yummy!)

odd thing though, the final kill was with an unarmed opponent. Predator Lore would denote that they only kill those worthy of a kill (i.e. people that fight back with guns), but im not one to complain, it was a sweet kill nonetheless (maybe you even get to show off those "trophies" you collect as a predator in your PS Home! NOW THOSE WOULD BE SOME REAL TROPHIES FOR THE PS3!!!

Download the demo and look for your self....there are LOADS of difrent types of stealth/finisher kills for pred and alien...way more then is shown on here

Something I noticed however is that there arent any stealth kills as predators on aliens. Well you can go behind them ofc and click "X" but the predator wil lthen commit a trophy / finishing move insted. In other words you will place your self infront of the alien insted of behind witch is ment by stealth killing.

Example of trophy train kills happen many times on multiplayer.

I sneak on marine get ambush kill, then pred sneaks on me and after that alien sneaks on him etc, longest i've seen was 4xcombo trophy kill :)

Also i played demo already you can get it on Steam and I AM loving the game.

Marine is very hard to play on multi you can figure why, aliens is the easiest and fun for me, easy because they're very fast and you can escape most of the situations.

And the pred is alright but requires you to switch vision constantly to not be ambushed by an alien.

Theres 1 thing i dont like in AVP and its the Trophy train kills
