At least in the video i don't think he is mentioned as a Crimson Guard, but thought it was a little funny how it says "The Crimson Guard plans to attend GI Joe Con 2009 in Kansas City, MO August 13-16, BUT Cobra Commander has other plans..." when you would think the GI Joe club would know the difference:)
yet I how the "figures" in the video are GI Joe Club figures:)
at first i thought he was going to say that's why the twins, baroness, and vipers were in the crimson color as con outfits:)
