  • As America continues it's stupefying down slide. People will never learn until it's to late the sheeple are so blind there is no hope for them. I'll just watch and humanity continue to kill each other off while I'm safe in my location.

  • Welcome to the police states of America. bill 1867.

  • 2012 wont be the end of the world... it will be the beginning of it. unless people rise up to stop this.

  • @NARWHALSo101 What do you mean "the beginning of it"?

  • @NARWHALSo101 It's already began...

  • why is this not on the news? why dont people know about this? why are there so little views on this video? and when is this law official?

  • @ItsChillProductions It has been in the news but I don't think people believe it is a big deal enough to get off their couches and raise hell about it. It will take about a 100 citizens getting detained before anyone really reacts. The question that just came to me is I wonder if they have to notify family members if someone is detained. I other words can people just disappear without others knowing?

  • @ArtisanTony i honestly havent seen it on tv lol, not a lot of people know about this yet and its ashame cause its a huge deal, wasnt thhis bill supposed to be veto'd tonight? i havent heard anything about it

  • @ArtisanTony no people will just dissapear and there will be comunication balackout so nobody will know just like in china

  • @busterhyman21 yes that is the second prong of the ndaa bill waging war on the internet also before marshall law goes into play the first thing they do is cut communications

  • Constitution at risk? Really? It was at risk 10-15 years ago. Now... it's done! "Contact representatives? Seriously? Those are the people doing this to us! Truly, I mean seriously look at the options! Look at them. As the economy worsens, it's a trip to the gulags or death by police... choose. This is a society where fiats are worth more than human life. They made the rules, I'm just playing along with them. My choice was made many months ago.

  • They run out of money, then pull this?

  • @irishslave51 yes, it is pathetic.

  • @ArtisanTony We know now that the Patriot Act was just a dress rehearsal. The real agenda revealed itself with this maneuver. What I want to know is how they plan on enforcing this when among other things they plan on cutting military spending by a trillion dollars. That's a lot of combat divisions. Somethings not right here

  • what ever happened to the amendment powers reserved to the people

  • Wait? isn't this how NAZI Germany gained power...?

  • im gunna call ghost busters.. fuck the military is here

  • Is it 2 late 2 call somebody.?

  • @CherryAppetite I don't think it is ever to late to let them know how you feel!

  • @CherryAppetite Nope, call your local ammo dealer.

  • The servicemen and women swear an oath that states 'all threats, foreign and domestic' the U.S. used such things during WWII, and we won that war. Some civil liberties should be given up to defend your homeland. People need to sacrifice, even if you don't have friends or family overseas.

  • 7 senators bravely voted against this tragic abridgment of rights. Please take some time out of your day to contact one or more of them to thank them.

    Sen. Thomas Harken (IA)

    Sen. Rand Paul (KY)

    Sen. Thomas Coburn (OK)

    Sen. Jeff Merkley (OR)

    Sen. Ron Wyden (OR)

    Sen. Mike Lee (UT)

    Sen. Bernard Sanders (VT).

Please also contact both of your state senators to express your disappointment in them if they voted for it.

  • The enemies of Life, Liberty, and Prosperity now mass at every gate; the price of which has always been the blood of free men and women of honor. The reigns of this government were wrestled from the hands of the most powerful Empire the world had every know by a mere 3% of the population. Arm yourselves, store food, and take steps towards self-sufficiency. Shed fear and wipe the dust from your rifles; freedom, justice, equality and peace are not free...

  • Didn't Obama say that he will veto this bill? There would be an outrage if this passes.

Still, whoever drafted up this bill shoot be chased out of office for violating the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

  • @irrelevance90 obama is the one that wants executive power to detain citizens if needed. He has said it himself publicly. Just google it.

  • @ArtisanTony no sir, from what i heard he will veto it, however i may be wrong.

  • @irrelevance90 yes he did say that. but if 2 thirds of congress vote it in they have the power to throwout obam's opinion. but the thing i am worried about is if he said no and they say yes. they will probably title him as a traitor himself. witch will not tend well. cause then if the country is leaved without a president in this state then the military will have full controll witch no one can change. that is far as i know

  • @irrelevance90 He threatened to veto it. But he may not. And if Obama does veto the bill, he's only waiting until he gets reelected to pass it.

  • @UsernameInvalid405 Why would he veto it? He wants the executive power.

  • @irrelevance90 its been passed...

  • Eurofag here.

Hope you guys can fight this bill. Keep it up... Do whatever you can.

  • Any senator who votes in favor of this bill is a terrorist, and should face charges.

  • Arizonans, let's never forget who helped draft this bill. Let's make sure Mccain never takes office again.

  • @Phunt555 whoever voted for him is down right retarded look at him even all veterens don't like him come people stop being brainwashed by everything you see or hear use your brains

  • @1loveandlife It's so true. One of the biggest things that people don't know about the state that mccain represents arizona is that a lot of the population is people in rural areas and they tend to have a more unenlightened view of things. They're surrounded by propaganda, they never see what its like in the outside world and they tend to vote accordingly mccain is a direct result of that issue.

  • @Phunt555 yes everything around us media etc plays huge roles in our everyday thinking and some people don't even think twice about it or care. Hopefully this will make people wake up.

  • I hear what you guys are saying, I suppose I should have said "unlikely" instead of "untrue". I think this is most likely all just political posturing and rhetoric that will never go anywhere. Just my humble opinion. Im not a political guy either. I mostly enjoy teaching wilderness survival techniques and playing in the woods, hunting, etc. I am probably out of my depth in this conversation...lol. Politics is too stressful for me. Check out my site . channel if you like. RealitySurvival

  • What if the military refuses to carry out an unconstitutional order? What if local sheriffs decide to protect their citizens from an overzealous, and unlawful military assault? Would some military personnel instead turn their weapons upon the Senate, or even the Executive Branch? This will encourage a battlefield in America, no doubt about it.

  • @joe80dman It certainly seems possible now.

  • @joe80dman 1-5% refusing orders? Well they go to Leavenworth or something. The brainwashing of 18-20 year olds is easy. They just want to score high on a shoot em up video game, now they can do it for real, with Uncle Sam's blessings. Can we see the pathology here?

  • @UnitedCorpOfAmerica : You make a good point. These young men have been brainwashed for 12 years within a government run school system, and countless hours of TV viewing. I've spoken with a few young adults who actually know what's in the works, and know a bit about our Constitution. I make it a point to educate people, both young and old, about the laws of this country. The Singapore Air Force is currently on exercises in Arizona. Will foreign troops be allowed to round up Americans soon?

  • @joe80dman they would use overwhelming force shock strategymost people will comply

  • @busterhyman21 : I've been thinking of this myself. With all of the advanced electronic weapons they have at their disposal, how could we protect ourselves from such an attack by our own countrymen? Is there a counter device capable of negating the effects of these electro-shock weapons? How far is their reaching ability? Could they be disabled from afar by conventional weaponry?

  • @joe80dman yeah they got tanks they got microwave weapons they got drones armored vehicles they going to roll in.

and there is'nt much we can do about it with small arms.

but how do you want to die?

    in a prison camp?

you need to decide that now.

they don't write this kind of legislation for no reason, i think they are going to drop the hammer and quick too.

  • @joe80dman no they absolutely have the upper hand.

don't be in your homes so they can cut off power and communications at 4 am and round you up at 4 am.

they will come in overwhelming numbers and by suprize.

but they got tanks and drones and apache helicopters and if you leave the city in your vehicle during marshall law they will just round you up at the checkpoints and haul you off to the camps.

  • @joe80dman the police have been violating people's roghts left and right and the military has been rounding people up in iraq and executing them and putting them in prison i would'nt count on thier integrity or should i say lack therof.

  • @busterhyman21 : You're right. Most police departments are now hiring sociopaths, and bullies into their ranks. Lets face it, an intelligent, thoughtful person doesn't want to be a cop, or a military person who violates innocent people. I would imagine that the military used to round-up the American people to be comprised of the most vile misfits they within their ranks. Or, could foreign military be used instead, perhaps NATO?

  • @joe80dman they russian, chinesse , and, german troops here they are u.n./nato forces

they are on standy right now as of 2009 there were 400,000 now they probably have millions now.

  • Now WHY would our illustrious Senate inject this unconstitutional language into this draconian legislation? How far will the definition of "terrorist" be expanded upon to include anything a president could deem? So, you don't like your local school board? Off you go without trial, without formal charges, and for an indefinite period of time. This isn't America. Those Senators supporting S 1867 should be considered as terrorists themselves, and brought up on charges of treason.

  • @joe80dman a "terrorist" is anyone who believes in jesus christ, anyone who has more than 7 days food, ron paul supporter, anyone who uses the telephone or email to obtain information, gun owners, veterans, and so on.

  • Well I normally am not a conspiracy theorist but I have heard obama say with his on mouth yesterday that he wants the executive branch to have power to detain terrorist indefinitely, He was asked about American citizens and he said that if they posed a threat yes. This is a direct violation of our Constitution and every American citizen should be granted due process and a speedy trial. Not indefinite detention. All you have to do is google it and watch him say it with his on mouth.

  • No I don't watch much, there is rarely ever anything on it that interests me. Also just because something is in the news, doesn't mean its true. Listen I dig your videos and am certainly not attacking you or your stance. But I work with the government and I would bet dollars to cents that nothing like this will ever happen. Stuff like this gets passed by committees (to be put to a vote) all of the time but never has a chance of going anywhere. Its all part of the political bargaining process

  • This is untrue...

  • @RealitySurvival It is in the mainstream news dude. Do you watch the news?

  • Been screaming this for years, but welcome to all of you that are just now waking up. I am praying also, that this treasonist bill passes. But if it does, and Barry signs it, then all of are asses, will be buttermilk.

  • Im confused to as weather the bill was voted down or not. I've gotten mixed answers. Im like 99% sure it got voted down but i just want some conformation.

  • @InfiniteGUNRR Maybe it did but have you seen obama's new "prolonged detention" video. The guys is nuts and congress may follow in his footsteps. This is a much bigger issue than one bill.

  • @ArtisanTony You are right. American citizens are very soon gona have to step up and fight back. People you have to realize there are more imortant things in this world then your life. LONG LIVE SACRED AMERICA!

  • @InfiniteGUNRR this is true your life is'nt all that important if your going to be detained and tortured and killed anyway.

it's just not worth living even.

  • @busterhyman21 You sir need an attitude adjustment. Life is always worth living. What im saying is, what is most important is the well being of the Free america. If that means I have to die for it well then so be it. America is the only country for me. Even though the U.S. is at its most corrupt level in history i still love this country for what it was. All I'm saying is we need to bring back the free america before its to late.

  • @ArtisanTony Where can i find that prolonged detention video?

  • @InfiniteGUNRR Seriously dude :) google "prolonged detention" look down and there are several links there. Rachel Maddow is about 4 down on my list.

  • @ArtisanTony Thanks lol

  • I wish the video would include some steps citizens can take to oppose this. I have no idea who to call and how to present my thoughts but I totally hate the idea of this bill. What can people like me do to help stop this from passing?

  • @Truthseeker9176 You need to call your representatives in DC. It is easy. Just google your state name then representative or senator and their should be plenty of links to take you to their official website. Once your there they will have a way to email them with your opinion. If you will tell me what state I will help you. But this is something every American citizen should know how to do,

  • This is a move made by a congress with 9% approval & deathly afraid of the avg. American because of it. This law will be used to suppress political dissent, just like these same powers have been used in every other authoritarian fascist statist regime throughout history

Remember, all it will take now for YOU to be picked up & indefinitely interred with no contact to the outside world is SUSPICION of wrong doing. No courts, no reviews, no protections for Due Process anymore

  • @Searching4Truth1 I use to think this was not possible but not any more, Thanks!

  • @ArtisanTony Oh, yea, thats right. Forgot about him. Techinically, he also became a combatant by actively participating in the war. Also, I question his citizenship status, as by his actions I think he legally gave it up.

  • @lionel21000 I am slightly skeptical also but today I see this has hit the mainstream news. We will see what happens.

  • They lost me at 1:19 the only executions that were done were in Iraq, and those were done by Iraqi courts and Iraqi officials. Don't start this US soldiers are driving around exectuting people crap again.

  • @lionel21000 No one is saying that it is going to happen. The point is this new legislation sets up a condition where it could happen. Don't be too naive though. Remember, it is public knowledge that obama order the execution of an American citizen without due process.

  • @ArtisanTony Who? Osama Bin Laden? He was an enemy combatant. There is a big difference between an American citizen and a combatant. I don't trust anyone, certainly not the government. I think that OWS people are being too paranoid, but I do fear some of the other provisions of this bill.

  • @lionel21000 Bin Laden was not an American citizen. Anwar al-Awlaki is an American born citizen.

  • The problem is not politicians, they have allways been evil bastards, the problem is us, because we let them get away with this shit.

  • @N33DL3R Well it is actually both. We do elect them but then they get power hungry and pull this crap. But now we have to do our part and let them know how we feel. I have done that and am trying to get others to. But when election time comes around they will hear the voice of the electorate once again.

  • Damn Tony, I had no idea. Thanks for the heads up. Scary stuff for sure.

  • @TheBeeperman I thought it was just crazy talk on the internet at first but this one turns out to be true :) Thanks!

  • @riverstrat Nice troll account. Block and roll baby!

  • This is simply a precursor to martial law. Surely to goodness these turdknockers won't pass it. Get ready for the 2012 crapstorm; it's going to happen in one form or another.

On a lighter note, I MUST be introduced to Rachel, your digital assistant! She sounds like a hottie!

  • @tnoutdoors9 I read, after I made the video, where there was an amendment that would apparently clarify the language regarding American citizens. But this stuff still make me nervous enough to call my senator!

  • Pure treason by anyone who votes for this.

  • @Vule34 Yes, I agree.

  • screw calling them! go to their offices!

  • All I know is that Vivaldi is the shit!

  • @jimbojones888 haha, I agree!

  • Call your senators now!

  • ANYBODY WHO VOTES FOR THIS BILL SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED AND TRIED FOR TREASON! THEY TAKE AN OATH!

  • Good Lord!!

  • @CTKTMRIDER It was late and my conspiracy side came out :) But I still think congress needs to hear from us often!

  • Thanks for the heads up, I've contacted my Congressman and working on the others.

  • @ristin59 I have done a little more reading and it appears their is an amendment to clarify the language but the fact that this was done basically behind closed doors means something is fishy. Sometimes it is good for them to get feedback from the voters aye? :)

  • no bueno

  • Is this legislation an attempt to make it legally easier to hunt down and find sleeper cell terrorists within the USA??

  • @rogermcgee1 There is so much to this. I was looking and there are 115 amendments to this bill and most of them have no real description but I would not doubt what you suggest.

  • I heard from a somewhat reliable source that this passed in the senate today. Can anyone confirm this?

  • @Willowmoon1967 From what I am reading now it looks like there was an amendment to make sure American citizens were excluded but I am not sure yet.

  • o ya i am gonna vote i am registered republican and am voting ron paul

  • @JFAINTER88 I hope he is nominated . I will vote for him too!

  • i heard one piece of good news lately. Barney Frank is retiring.

  • @JFAINTER88 Yes, that is good news!

  • chem trails and underground bases are real too.

  • "not usually the conspiracy theorist" then your way late on this. they want to pass martial law. DUH! FEMA CAMPS and the rest of it. get used to it.

  • @JFAINTER88 I take each action by congress individually. This by far is the worst thing I have seen attempted. The difference between me and you is that I will try to do something about it.

  • @ArtisanTony ive tried telling everyone i know about everything i know. no one believes or cares. pulling my money out of the bank. guess what im doing with it.

  • @JFAINTER88 Contact your representatives and vote. Those are the two bets ways to make change.

  • @ArtisanTony how has that worked out so far?
