Confusing, my teacher says, we can't use infinity in set notation therfore it just becomes. {xeR} but the range will be xeR|x<0}

@SjefeNoverSjef Yes, technically, he/she is correct. And there are different versions of set and other notations as well. I didn't want to go too deeply into it since it wasn't intended as the main emphasis.  Thanks for viewing and commenting.
