Have you ever used resistance training when working out yourself. Like pilates?? This is surgical rubber thats why they call them stretchies..I can strewtch them with my arms- they arent tied together- its a big rubber band and its done just like a pilates rope to build muscle and shoulder strength so they dont hurt themselves with the momentum created by their motion. Just like a BODY BUILDER OR ATHLETE BUILDS HIS OR HER MUSCLES TO RESIST INJURY FORM WORK. It excersise.,

Honey, it is just surgical tubing. It stretches. Kind of like resistance training that you would do to build yourself up.

were mot attaching their legs together, it builds muscle. We don't force them to pick up their feet/head, it comes naturally. I ride saddleseat so if you have any questions just ask me.
