No no. Bush's role was to address the public on the matter, rally them to support the invasion of Afghan/Iraq, and influence them to believe it was terrorists. He was simply used to promote patriotism and "Freedom". It goes back to him being a puppet.. The big banks behind the scenes made sure 911 happened, and Bush was used to blind the public.

At least Obama has created billions of jobs, gotten us out of the middle east, lowered the deficit, provided us all free health care, stopped the oil from gushing in the gulf in less than a day, taken very few vacations, and lowered taxes on the middle class. And got the economy roaring back to life, ended world hunger, single-handedly stopped another earthquake in haiti, got the jews and muslims to love each other...
