She was reading too much into the words. She was gonna say "Home on the Beach" because she thought it was "Sandy" the songwriter (beach, sand). Since this wouldn't work with "Sammy", she eventually came up with "baseball diamond" because that's where you make "hits".
This contestant claims she was in the United States for twenty years since the time of the episode. I don't detect an accent from her plus she sounds American enough to be in the U S of A. My guess is she's from Canada...
@spacecowboy5000 I didn't mean to guess Canada as the country plus I know that there aren't any dumb Canadians :) No other country crossed my mind but if I should be lucky to find the WHOLE episode with this contestant, then we will find out where she's from...(dun dun dun)
@mrhorgan Oh, there are dumb Canadians alright. They're called politicians. Y'know, I've tried listening to her so-called logic a few times. It starts kinda, sorta making sense but then I get totally lost. I'm guessing she's Gemerman.
