  • Can you upgrade the exterior warning lights to LED?

  • @n310ea I sure could. It's as simple as removing the old lights and installing LED lights. It's just too expensive. One LED light is $50 some dollars. That adds up quickly.

  • Is there a 16 lamp light monitor on the bus?

  • @ICCE300BusEnthsiast Nope, what you see in the video is the only light monitor.

  • The lights at night are way cooler than the ones in the morning!!!!!!!!!

  • My bus starts flashing red once u pull on the thing that makes the yellow stick thing open

  • what would happen if you accidentally leave the master switch on? Would anything happen?

  • @TC2000FE Well... at the beginning of the video the switch is on. Nothing happens until you push the start button, labeled "Manual". It's just, with the Master switch off, the start button does nothing.

  • what are the emergency exit lights in a school bus? PLZ

  • @zismaili1 They light up when someone opens the emergency exit. ie the read door.

  • do even people riding a bike or scooter have to stop?

  • Depends on the laws in your area. But motor vehicles must stop.

  • @kaiyoshi2243. is their laws in your area that bikes have to stop? scooters would though, right?

  • Takes me back to HS 7 years ago.. back in 9th grade (1999) that was my job on the BLUEBIRD bus #46 that was my job was to reach up and hit the MANUAL FLASHER button to turn the flashing lights on for our bus driver.

    Btw, whats emergency reds?

  • It's in case the button to start the yellows doesn't work. Emergency reds start the red lights and stop sign without opening the door.

  • do you know why some of these buses i see when the driver turns the master awitch to toggle the yellows it makes a clicking noise until you shut the door for the reds to quit working do you know why they make that clicking noise

  • Yeah, the clicking sound you hear are the relay switches that make the lights flash. Most Blue Bird buses make the clicking sound. But others do as well.

  • why do you have that bus?

  • Just because?

    Why do you ask?

  • lol, because i don't see a lot of people with their very own school bus in their backyard

  • Heh, Mostly cuz it's fun to have. I like driving it around.

  • Maybe it WOULD be fun to have.

  • one more question, does this bus still have its stop arm and crossing arm? or did they remove it?

  • Nice video

  • Thanks

  • No problem. I'd like to see some more of it, like driving down roads and what not.

  • cool. whats would happen if youpush the button when thedoor is open? would it go sraight to the red lights?

  • It goes straight to red. If ya watch near the end of the daylight video, I do push the button with the door open and just the reds come on.

  • if you push the button again, after the amber lights go on does it go to red?

  • No, it'll stay on yellow until I open the door. Doesn't matter how many times I hit the button, it won't change to red unless the door is open.
