MJ's death was clearly murder. The autopsy shows that he wasn't an addict. The only drugs found in his system were the ones that killed him.
Murray intentionally killed MJ by giving him drugs that react leathally when mixed and then making sure nobody knew he was dying until he was dead and couldn't be saved.
Besides not calling 911, he didn't tell anyone in the house MJ was dying. The 911 call was made hours later and not by Murray. This was murder.

MJ even said he WAS an addict. But, La toya also said that MJ recovered and was clean. As does the toxicology reports from his autopsy. The only drugs in his system were the ones that killed him.
The media can try to manipulate people into thinking MJ had some huge immunity to drugs but the facts speak for themselves.
