Yes! Sir victor Uwaifo did sing this song in the late 70's, if I am qouting the date correctly but he does not have a patent on it because the song originated from a Bini/Edo moonlinght story and that gives other artists the right to reproduce it in any form or fashion.
So, Osayomore Joseph execised that right because the song is not and cannot be classified as Sir victor Uwaifo's intellectual property.
