@fightfairfightfair Not always. This year was bad. We had a wet winter, followed by a really wet summer. The video above was taken back in March before the flooding really got bad. During the first week of July, you couldn't get anywhere near the dam.

Every video of the Saylorville spillway has raging water like this. Does it always flood in Des Moines or something?
