you can do it out of the 3-4 normal just move your linebackers up to the line. man coverage plays where its a blitz works because for some reasons linemen wont pick up man coverage to block. i have seen the computer nano when it meant to do just man coverage against the runningback. he bit so hard on the play action he sacked the QB untouched. it was a safety actually. it works well
