  • Just admit it! Whether or not this video is 'just another commercial', most of us DO really need to do more sports.

  • im austalian and i wonder why is that move called the australian pullup? cz were lazy?

  • @artakisthebest Because you are down under the pullup bar.

  • @xxxdnaskatexxx ohhhhhh lol i cant beleive i didnt think of it that way lol. did you figure that out yourself or you knew b4hand

  • rings anyone? Perhaps this is nicer for the hands though.

  • You do have the option to do this without the handles...

  • This guy is a marketting genius, and also a total professional at bullshit. Perfect pull up lol, the rotation does NOTHING. Just like the rotation on the perfect pushup, if anything it puts more pressure on your shoulders and joints (per. pushup), man this some bullshit people dont waste your money just go on the street and find you a street sign to do some pullups off, at least youll have 100 dollars in your pocket still

  • so much hate on this but so far anyone who's used it has given it great reviews, i suspect all the haters here have never even touched it.

  • Yo man you are complitetly right .!.

  • Wow. This is epic bullshit! Save your money folks and go do pull ups of a tree or a regular bar.

  • this seems potentially fail....

  • dont get cheated by the vid. Some rotation move isnt gona make much difference in your workout routine! and your muscles might be the same even if you do it the normal way

  • The man guiding Michael through the routine I believe is Alden Mills, the inventor of Perfect Pullup.

  • that is what i talkin about ! capitalism.... ops power

  • I got it at Amazon for $21 including the ab straps. It's a great way to exercise lots of muscles without taking up much space. The only downside I see is that you cannot close the door completely one this is installed.

  • This bar is great. I hadnt even bothered looking at the manual included for a full body workout but these seem like legitimately good exercises. I live in an apartment and I hate having to go to a gym. I lost my motivation to do a consistent workout plan when I left the navy. I hung this at the entrance to my kitchen and make myself do a pullup every time I go through the doorway...Just doing that I've noticed some shape coming back. 10-20 pullups a day can do wonders, even one at a time.

  • Love how there is a cut in the end of the video to put water on his face, so it seems like he's sweating haha

  • @Domjaa he could actually be sweating but if he is it's obvious he's no athlete.

  • @Kbaek11

Definately the perfect pullup! It has more excersises and will engage more muscles

  • guys , should i get the perfect push up or the pull up? Which one is more beneficial?

I am on a tight budge t lol

  • @Kbaek11 you need to do pullups, just do pushups on the floor.

  • @Kbaek11 i would prefer gym rings ...

  • @Kbaek11 I would say get them both, the perfect push up is not to pricey. But if I had to go with one it would be the perfect pull up.

  • ugh definitely

  • can this thing adjust to fit wider doors?

  • :)))) FAAAAAKE

  • He's not dripping sweat. That's a booger!

  • good machine but hez doin hiz reps 2 fast, gotta do em slow n steady 4 max results...

  • @2Br0wNLoCo4 everyone has his own way of training, theres no too fast or too slow, maybe he's training for explosive power

  • @o6dude true cant argure that...

  • lmao i love how the scene cuts then the guy says your full of sweat

  • How much is the Perfect Pull Up in stores?

  • @MrMcMalice i got mine at walmart WITH the abstraps for $50 WITHOUT the abstraps they are $20 i think

  • @Revilfreak19 you got ripped off. xs cargo gives for 30 with absstraps included. 30 bucks canadian

  • @MrMcMalice i saw it at walmart for $90...but if u have a store called factory direct, or XS cargo near you, they sell it for $25. I got it for $25. Its amazing how much cheaper it is there.

  • i like this but i mean how many people have a portable doorway in their home? you pretty much have to have a doorway coming out in the middle of a room to do this stuff. standard corner doorways or anything new a hallway dont work which screws over half of us because we dont have room to open a door all the way or do the exercises

  • @0587dave hes gotta point here, unless you can build one

  • use towels instead. They're really cheaper.

  • hes gay?? 0:03

  • Pullups>bench pressing if you ask me..

  • @Lemonncloud Pullups and bench presses work different muscles

  • Gefallt, I bought it, people are inherently "half" smart. They know they won't look like this guy. He's not that big anyway, the machine works JUST LIKE THEY SAY, I've only had for 10 days, everytime I walk by the door I do SOMETHING, I started off with half a pull up now I'm up to alot alot of times a day, it's everything, AND A LITTLE MORE( if you let it be) that they say it is. Don't be so pessamistic about things.

  • I have the perfect pullup system, abstraps and the pushup handles. I've been using them for about 3 months and am starting to see definate results. I'm developing definition and am beginning to see a 6 pack forming!!

I combine this with cardio exercises on alternating days. I usually go mountain biking or hiking for a couple hours on days I don't strength train.

  • People are not the same.I sweat like that too, even after two exercises.that means you have the body manages succesfuly to get rid of the heat

  • why is he sweating that much? I do the same workouts (actually alot more) and i dont sweat like that

  • people are not the same.I sweat like that too, even after two exercises.its good when you want to lose weight

  • People are not the same.I sweat like that too, even after two exercises.that means you have the body manages succesfuly to get rid of the heat

  • Hahaha this shit fails. Yea I'm sure if that guy owned one he would never use it.

What a sellout. 'yeah what a pump' my Ass

  • @gefallt

You're an idiot. This system is great for people who are just trying to get into shape. I've seen great results using it.

  • @blott1978

use this to get into shape? are you fucking kidding me? most people cant even do a single pullup, this thing isnt going to help

and just to let you know, this deludes people to thinking that if they buy this thing, they will look like this guy.

what will get you into shape is learning how to work out, and doing exercises, not just buying this machine and trying to hang off of it and pick urself up.

pullups are for advanced people anyways -.-

  • @gefallt Most people can't do a pullup, brilliant deduction there by the way. That is why you can do other exercises using this bar that works the same muscle groups. If you start out not being able to do a pullup, then work your way up to one pull up....guess what...THAT IS IMPROVEMENT.

Get a life bruce lee and go back to your gym.

  • It rocks, its the perfect supplement to weights. If you are looking to get huge, you need heavy weight, protein and lots of time to work out. If you are over 35 and just want to be in good shape or you are a runner and want to add some upper body training its great. I have the perfect pullup-pushup & dip bar. I can get a good 60 min wrkout in that smokes me. I also go to the gym and lift heavy weights 1 to 2 times a week as well as run 4 days a week. You get out of it what you put into it.

  • i'm sorry, i just got one of these so i'm not doubting it. but either that sweat is fake, they cut out 30mins, or the guy has problems.. unless i missed something.. in which case i'm a twat...

  • they could of got him to get down and do 100 push ups and he would of said yeah that was a good pump or he could of gone down to a local park and did this on the playground

  • true it's nothing special, but some people don't even have access to a real bar...like me, living out in the middle of nowhere. been working out for years, and am not one to go for the gimmicks, but I bought this anyway out of necessity. I must say it's no substitute for a full gym, but it works well and is a nice addition to any home gym.

  • I like the triceps feature

  • i can make that on my self thx for the idea:))

  • LOL they can sell any shit.

    People are so gullible.

There are these amazing things that allow you to work at all different angles and heights. You can isolate different muscle groups and they are fully portable. They are called your hands!!!!

  • Lol yeah what a stupid commercial and using that guy is a joke. I bought this product today to use with my workout plan it's great for pull ups since I rather not buy a expensive machine.

  • @primalenergy you can say if you're too poor to afford it =/

  • I am so poor I have to workout naked :|

  • haha

  • This thing is great. As a surfer, it keeps me cut, and I have more confidence out in the water now.

BTW, I'm always down for a few excersizes on this thing because it's literally in my face when I leave my bedroom. In that sense, this is the most convenient machine out there! You don't even have to walk up to it since you'll probably already pass under it doing something else :)

  • i bought that today :)

  • It's a handle that turns? Wow!

  • where can i get them two poles to attack the perfect pull up too if i can?

  • they come with it

  • Here is a question. Which product is better Weider Powerbell or Perfect Pull Up system?

  • not sure what the weider powerbell is, but I been using the perfect products in my apartment now for a month, and I have put on a lot of muscle really fast. the ab straps seriously destroy your abs, and the push ups have already given me some bouncy man boobs....its kinda annoying whenever i run or jump my titties bounce up and down....needless to say, i'm really happy with this product

  • hahaha thats awesome

  • Kettlebells are better!!! But the weider Powerbell is expensive, go to walmart and get a 20lb KB for $30!!

  • I bought this a year ago. I've never regretted it. It's a great piece of equipment to own. However, since I started doing P90X about 4 months ago, it only gets used as a regular pull up bar now

  • That's funny the guy says "You're swating" and like 1 second before that the camera cuts. -rolls eyes-

  • lol yeah i know, its pretty cheesey anyone could catch it.....they should have left that part out

  • i have one and i love it!

seriously its so worth it to buy this ive been using it for about two months and ive gotten so much stronger and i've gained alot of muscle mass!

I'm a cheerleader and it helps so much with everything and i play softball, too, and now almost every ball i hit is a homerun because i hit it over the fence :)

  • nice! a girl that can kick my ass! lol...but seriously thats awesome....i've been using it for about a month now and simply love it too

  • this works great, if you want to buy something to use as a workout, buy this, you wont regret it

  • i have this full setup and its been working for me

  • Hooyah!! Have you taken a look at the dip bar on the Pullup site?

    CHARLIE MIKE -- ALDEN

  • @PerfectPushup2008 Are you from Alden MI?

  • just buy gymnastic rings..it's much challenging.

  • Mike is the MAN!! Great Job

  • i think thats fake sweat. lol

  • I know Michael Todd and he said it was real, but they had to do a lot of takes before he started to actually sweat.

  • I would hope so. With as fit as he is, three very short sets would not be enough to sweat. But nice nonetheless.

  • For real, I do at least 20 ot those each and am not even as close to ripped as him

  • nice
