  • songs like these are medicines to an aching heart..

  • i love it!!! Hi there Zamboanga City...

  • lonelyness hurts

  • I was born in the 50's and this kind of music soothes my day!!!!! If only music of today can be as clear as these ones. I can stay in my music room the whole day just listening to the music of yester-years.....

  • Years ago I gave up listening to current music and focused on the talents of yester-year! Brenda Lee is just an other example of pure out-of-this-world TALENT. You can hear every detail of her pronunciation and voice inflection, unlike the studio-tech voices generating songs today. Thanks for posting a great American classic!

  • I really don't know, what D hell was happening 2 me, that everytime I listen 2 this wonderful old time classic, my heart always goes in a trance, felt I was injected with a vivacious spirit & always had that same old beautiful feeling & illusion that I was young & vital & renewed...was it bcoz "Music expresses that w/c can't be said & on w/c it is impossible to be silent?" what do you think? Would U B inclined enough 2 accept D same conclusion that I did? If so, --->

  • I have d same feeling w/ u, I've listened to this song over and over.

  • One of my fav. song during the early 60 happy to hear it again 62 63 it was popular here in the phil. thanks for posting

  • This song of Brenda Lee was popular in the Philippines was 1961

    and this very rare

  • I was on my first year high school (1962-1963) when this became very popular in our country in 1962.

  • Sung in the 60's but still packed with the power to move and touch lives, now a theme song for a movie that is as emotionally charged.

  • Brenda's songs never fail to deliver the punch of poignant onrushng deluge of memories ready to transport the listeners to an experience of the glorious, bygone days...

  • This is all what Brenda Lee is to me. You can take all her songs, but leave this very memorable one for me to cherish. Thanks, onsop.

  • Thanks very much for granting my request....have been waiting for this for quite a while here in YT....reminiscent of my 1st year highschool days, 1962-63.
