That sucks buddy and I feel for ya. I am not there myself, but have friends in that same boat. I have been married for 6 yrs and have a boy 2 & girl 4. I was 35 and established when I got married, and would get screwed if I got divorced, and I know that she knows that. She was totally diff when we got married, and respected my hard work and good decisions, but now acts like she is entitled, cuz she takes care of the kids. No one is Monitoring how the Money is Being Spent by the Mothers. in my Case she Gambles the Money away in the Casinos. My children never saw a Penny of it. Because she is the Woman she gets the Money. I feel it should be 50/50 and share the Cusody but in the Eyes of the Legal system the Male is unfit to take care of the Child. Mother wins. Father has to pay. as Parents we should both Pay and the money should go Directly to the Children , not Mothers , not the Goverment , the Children!

child support is a Scam , not all child support goes to the Children. the state talks a good story about all the increase child support enforcement and collections benifits the Children. this is a Fantasy. the Money that the State Collects , enforces , Awards , is Directly proportional to how it recieves from federal goverment as incentive reimbursement funding and that amounts is in the several hundreds of million dollars. Childsupport is a Scam , It's not about the Children. The Money the State Collects for child support has no Strings. the state uses the Money to Bolster their State Employee and Judicial pension plan. the State defrauds the Taxpayers claiming it,s for the Children. the Feds use this money to Balance their own budgets. Parents can divorice and abuse the legal system to win the divorce , all the money and assets of the Marriage ,win custody , 80% cases to mothers Discrimination agianst fathers.
