In the uk children are treated with care in prisons. They even have psychologists for mental patients but in the philippines they have no help they are just left in cages to rot. I hope the government should make drastic action and resolve this appalling system. i am sick and embarrased to be a filipina right now. im a filipina in the uk and i am distraught at what i have just seen. How can these children be treated like this. The prison system in the uk is nothing like that, they even only get a caution for stealing but in the philippines they get six months of being caged up and suffer mental and physical abuse. ITS DISGUSTING!!!

juvenile prisons house 22 year olds and below in America today and those kids get raped just the same. The whole system is screwed up and most are there for just as petty crime like drugs or theft
