as far as i am concerned Ronnie has come to sing the closest to Elvis I have ever heard, those who don't think so should listen to him again and again. There is no effort in his voice to even come close, I am so proud of him for all the talent he has shown not only to sound like Elvis but to sound just like himself. I've always thought Ronnie was a poor, poor imatation of Elvis...his vocals ruined most shows that featured them...and they were in their plenty as they couldn't get, or would pay for the Elvis versions.

thanks alhenry100 I have been a fan since I was 5 years old the first song I ever heard was Blue suede shoes and from that moment on I was hooked and I could not even hear until then the second song Jailhouse Rock you name the song Iv got it every song I sing I sing in his style all you do is listen to the music and then you just follow it he even Inspired me to play the guitar all you need is three cords C,G,F and maybe C7-G7 or A.cheers

Ronnie Mcdowell does all the dubbing you hear in elvis documentary's and has since 1977. Saw him in concert Aug 08 and he still does Elvis very well especially with "The King Is Gone"
