  • @Copen70 the longer you have to run to burn more fat, menas less time to do other things with your life. Unless you work as a firefighter, soldier or any line of work that forces youto have high endurence and give you the time to do these long running sessions, it will not be goood for you in the long run. Since as you say, you have to run longer and longer sessions, one day you'll wake up and relise that you don't have the time for it

  • Oh Vince, you can't come out with rubbish like that! Go and get the information from someone who knows.

  • Sorry, but cardio is the MAIN reason and you need to do it. Why? The reason you can't see your abs is because there's a layer of fat surrounding it. Cardio helps melt that away. You're insane to think other wise Vince. Cardio 5x a week, eat really healthy especially after a work out like protein etc and throw in some strength training weekly to help tone up and that's it. That's the "secret formula". And as long as you work your ass off and sweat you WILL get results.

  • Well, I don't have six packs but I have four. each one of us have a different body type. However, if you exercise it helps but it's not easy. I don't do exercise, I just born with a muscles stomach. I also eat what I like, I just don't put on weight. I am not young, i'm close to 50.

  • @taijhill2001 i know this is 3 weeks old but... if your 13 then you dont need to worry that much, just play sports, best way to build up cardio and lose weight.

  • @iAreHDWhore you know working out wont help you lose weight? you need to balance out your calories, go to sleep at a set time, and eat breakfast. and (it's different for everyone) but you should lose about 2 lbs a week witch may not sound like alot but an inch of belly fat is only 5 lbs =P so do that also eat your vegies and your fruit

  • Im going good, ive got a much flatter stomach than before but still some fat there. What Im doing is: taking less calories, so eating less, cut out snacks, if I get peckish i get a drink of water... Do more, instead of playing FIFA all day I started going to play more football. I do around 120 crunches and 120 ab curls (I think their called) each day

  • After breaking my leg i lost 2 stone of muscle mass. I went to the gym and did off road mountain biking aswell. But the real improvement was going back to Ju Jitsu when my leg could take it. You don't develop loads of muscle but you develop speed flexibility & strength & u burn fat like hell. That's how i shaped up in 6 months! I swear by it!!

  • When you say that "the more cardio you do, the more efficient you become at it"........does that mean that your body develops a tolerance for it, so that it's no longer effective in burning fat after awhile?

  • @foreva0403 listen i will give you and advice forget about the gym and stupid stuff like that just go to any mall or whatever and get sauna belt and short and in home choose a room to always train in and if the state u r livin in is cold turn on the air conditionar on hot mode and do 6 workouts which are the upper abs and lower abs crunches and u will find vids for how to do them on utube and pushups and put some music u liike and keep moving , the gluttes and upper legs workout thats it

  • okay people... get your ass out of the gym and stop exersising abs to loose belly fat.... you will just make it bigger because the muscles will be bigger, but under your fat!

    so, first, plan a good diet with eating every 3 hours ( small meals like banana, aple, other fruit and raw veggy's), drink alot of water ( 2l per day), no SWEETS! no fast food, no carbonhydrates ( bread, pasta etc...), after you loose the fat, you will actually see the abs( for men) and then, start exercising to tone them!!

    everyday for 3 months do this:

    No carbonhydrates ( bread, pasta etc...), no sweets! ( all kind of sweets are forbiden)!, drink 2l of watter per day( yes, sounds crazy, but it works, drink that water, trust me), eat every 2 hours ( small meals like apple, banana, raw veggy's, watter! fruit).... but you need to get yourself do this, don't be a pussy and give up, do it.... you will feel better, looking at your slim body will feel goooood

  • You have to eat foods that are low in carbs and sugar with hard exercise. This is the only way to get abs or whatever muscle definition you want. There is no shortcut. some bodies react quicker than other. That is it!

  • this guy gets out of breath very often in the video, slow down a bit catch your breath a little man. no one really needs a special training program. if you a normal wieght person with a little bit of belly fat, just lift weights and do cardio after - eat well and have lots of protein, done! if your really over weight, then do a lot more cardio but also do some weights, of course eat a balanced diet, low carb and high protein, done!

    And when it comes to losing body fat fast, eat spicy food before workout cause then u will swett allot more and only by swetting u will lose body fat fast!It's not that complicate!
