A good way to inflict a lot of damage is when you have the opportunity like you did at 1:46. Right as you're able to move after the stage transition, you can go up to the other character, and, right as they're recovering, use a special attack. Works almost every time for me. :D!

Well first takes control of naruto in crisis and sasuke with sharingan. What you must do is to load chidori completely and when this complete sasuke is going to move his hand downwards and when he do this you must use rasengan with naruto. By the way this is not lie only that you did not obtain it to the first attempt and also another personages can clash too : D

You can kind of clash in the 3rd one for Shippuden. If you play as regular Naruto and Anbu Kakashi. Use Kakashi's chidori on the ground while Naruto charges up his normal Rasengan in the air. It just equals out buy it's the closest thing to a clash in the series of "Clash Of Ninja".

Launch his special, and then almost immediately launch Curse Mark Sasuke's Cursed Chidori almost afterwards. After several tries, they'll clash, but Naruto's special is a bit quicker. I've done it with my friends in Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 for the Gamecube.

you have to get 50% mission completion for sasuke and naruto you can find your mission completion for characters in extras i think u go to rankings and pick mission completion at the bottom to get final valley try getting 50% mission completion for unt naruto and 2nd sasuke
