  • This is a Movie: Pitfighter

Did you really not notice how crowded everyone was but no one gets in the way of the camera?!!

  • wtf wi chun is dat strong

  • Bad karma

  • this fight was at a punk show? looks like it. wonder what bands played? the skinhead lookin dude got rocked. wing tsun kung fu my choice of weapon

  • looks fake

  • Oh wow. I can clearly see the wing chun (guy in the black)

  • ummm... its a choreographed movie scene....

  • fake

  • youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhum

  • That's what can happen to you in the streets when you don't know martial art and you fight a martial artist.

  • jeroen2016 your clearly the biggest idiot ever! To think that MMA martial arts are superior to the rest? There is no one martial art better then the other, it all comes down to who's the smarter and quickest fighter. You clearly know nothing about the sport and it's roots. And I honestly don't think that this video is fake , but i know you guys just wanted to see the big guy pound the heck out of the other guy.

  • @Parrkour MMA martial arts? MMA means Mixed Martial Arts...and you are right no one martial art is superior...but MMA means mixing martial arts. What is wrong with mixing different aspects of fighting to benefit and round your technique? Sorry, but how you worded your comment, is a little off.

  • hahahahahah uberfake...there a only few effective fightsport on the world... and they are all combined in MMA...like thaiboxing and bjj. the rest is bullshit...

  • @jeroen2016 your an idiot

  • @jeroen2016

Bruce lee .. the greatest FIGHTER in the world.. did wing chun.. thats where he got his speed and everything from.. the president of UFC even said the king of MMA is bruce lee.. check this video about bruce lee in MMA

    /watch?v=VwLC5gjYYXc

Wing chun.. if taught properly.. will beat ANYONE in a fight.. im not talking about little tornament GAMES.. i mean FIGHTS.

  • @khan92 well if bruce lee is the king then what is yip man, the man that taught bruce lee

  • @21lax

bruce lee learnt wing chun from yip man.. bruce lee didn't just do wing chun though.. everyone who knew bruce lee said he was the best of his time.. my wing chun instructor learn from yip man and ip chun, i know this shit!.. check out the uk wing chun kung fu association website.

  • @khan92 My sifu learned WC from Ip Chun's brother, Ip Ching. That makes us Kung Fu cousins! haha.

  • @jeroen2016 you're right, there are only a few effective fighting sports out there. But Wing Chun isn't a sport, it's too easy to injure someone really really badly for it to be usable in a sporting match.

  • Fake video, but the quality gives it that "realistic" feel. Which WingChun guy put this video out?

  • This is real you dumb ignorant people... just cause ya cant do it doesnt mean others who know martial arts cant.

  • Elbows save the day! sure, you can pick me up big guy but then I get to colyflower your ears! Good WT.

  • Comment removed

  • I dont think that the video is showing violence or things that can be show only adult persons. This video shows you how you go into defence and protect your self.

  • its real or a joke?.....how can u tell us that this fight is real?.....

  • Looks fake to me. It seems like the big guy isn't actually trying that hard, and all the douche-bags "cheering" in the background only raise more red flags.

  • @GeetarAdam -- your just bitter and a hater and i hope a chunner beats you down and breaks your fucken cheekbone.

  • who won?

  • As a Wing Chun teacher I have mixed feelings about this clip. First it's a good display how effective WC can be and how dangerous it is. So I liked it from that point of view. The WC guy shows some real fighting skills.

But the other thing, is that if you practise martial arts you should only used it in self-defence situation and not in some organized street fighting. Say I'm old fashioned, it's ok. It's the way of kungfu.

But in the end I have to say, a good display of the power of WC.

  • @eternalspring247 Self-defence is not the way of kungfu. They were always comparing against each other.

  • @eternalspring247

i totally agree that martial arts should only be used in self defense and i would personally never throw the first punch... only counter the first punch that's thrown at me.. but im all for fighting as a sport. Me and my best friend full contact fight all the time to the point of me blasting him wing chun style in the torso and him round housing me in the temple (obviously not during the same fight, we each one those bouts respectively)

  • it looks fake due to the overactive crowd. looks like the oprah show or dr phil style acting

  • @personage2007 i agree..

  • perfect display close range combat, wing chun, is best for self defense..

  • the guy had a low pain tolerance

  • NOT FAKE.

if you watch closely at about 12 to 15 seconds, the big guy bear hugs the guy, and wing chun dude lets off a flurry of five elbows, four right, and then a heavy left, right into the side of the big guy's face. When the left hit it must REALLY have hurt because the big guy finally lets go and drops the smaller guy...then the wing chun dude hits him once in the back of the head before flipping him over...when the big guy hits the ground he's clearly no longer interested in fighting.

  • wtf so u just tell us what happend? bitch grow nuts and but a move on some1 hoe....

  • Sorry bro, you gotta type english. My nuts are fine, thanks.

  • @zenmastermatt lol, you're a fucking idiot.

  • @jmrobinson81 -- your another bitter chun hater. May your sperm die, so that you cannot bring any more incompetents into the global cesspool of the human race.

  • @zenmastermatt - good point, didn't catch that last time. But still looks like it was shot of a projected screen. Can the poster clarify the origin of the video?

  • @judutchinski

Damn you were on a rampage in this video. Must have been right before you got married. :P

  • @EWOKCAD - Hollly shit. That's right. I was just about to get married. Can't believe you saw this. You must've shat too.

I was pretty intoxicated. I'm a dick when I drink. LOL

  • @judutchinski

Wow this is a testamount to the perils of marriage. OK im off to my asian massage parlor for round 3. LOL!!! J/K Im not a baller so I gotta slow my roll with that.

  • @judutchinski Movie: Pitfighter

  • These are chain punches which are fast. This is not fake

  • totally fake. How cant people see this is fake.. maybe the way the crowd is being alitle bit to obviously energetic and over the top in their cheering. and oh yeah ..none of punches contacted.

  • this is wing chung the blows re fast precise and dangerous 100% real the tall dude is street fighter martial art beats street fighting 95% of the time usually regardless of size.

  • yeah, unless the idiot street fighter gets lucky with a haymaker and catches you off guard

  • thats exactly why i said 95% of the time

  • This is reality. Power can not be generated from muscles that to not exist. "Chain punches" are not painfull to recieve....at all.

  • Alright, if you actually believe this let me hit you with some chain punches. But I think you'll be swallowing your words shortly after the first Wing Chun style punch hits you.

Just so you know: the force in the little upward flick of the fist alone is enough to knock even a huge guy a couple of steps back. When delivered correctly to the nose or solar plexus, it's something that still hurts after weeks. Getting this punch 4-8 times per second can easily KO anyone.

  • nope, you're wrong. The power in generated from the centerline, and the joint of the elbow works in tandem with chest muscles to deliver an extremely powerful straight blow. When you learn to do this quickly and repeatedly, it is very dangerous to an opponent who is unprepared. You have no idea what you're atlking about, and you've obviously never been hit with a serious set of chained blows...please go educate yourself.

  • Nope, you clearly need glasses. all the punches hit. learn to see.

  • Once I fought a year long wing chun paractioner. His strikes were fast and precise, and freaking hurt, I lost my glasses and a piece of my tooth, but this shit nowwhere left that impact on me. I had him exactly the way that guy had this wing chunist, but it wasn't me who went down because no strikes can outweigh the force of a strong body slam. That's what I knew and that's what he learnt that night. So either this big guy is a whuss, or drunk or whatever..., or this vid is a fake......

  • A year long in wing chun is a beginner.

  • @abshalom7

Not a "one" year long, but a guy who trained for years.

  • @Torrriate All wing chun stylists are not created equal. I know a skinhead that practices wing chun, and he used to fight all the time using it. Trust me, he street tested it many times. Most people who have real combat knowledge of wing chun you won't ever see fight, because its meant to maim or kill. Using it in the street can wind you up in jail. Chain punches to the face are being nice, A master, which there are few of, would aim for the throat or eyes if he's really in danger.

  • @abshalom7

I'd even go further. Either you have acquired the personality and the heart of a fighter or you didn't. In other words a technique or arts, as well as physical workout can polish a raw diamond, but if you are softer gemstone by nature an unpolished diamond will scratch you hard despite any polishing you've undergone in your life. And most opals would like to be a diamond in this kind of discussions. That's why they argue so passionatley for their very own polishing thechnique.

  • @Torrriate -- so what? After you lost your glasses and tooth, you slammed him, then he rolled on you and continued to fuck you up. Admit it. Stop glorifying the loss!!!

  • @judutchinski

Oh c'mon. I'm not that impressed with myself. I admit losses if they occur. But this time I choked that guy until he almost passed out. He gave up before he really did. So no loss this time. However, this vid looks unreal to my experience.

  • @Torrriate hahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha u idiot. your so full of shit your eyes are brown!

  • @gumby23601

Let me tell you a secret. You too. All of us are. The sooner you realize that the sooner the cleansing can begin.

    Inshala.

  • i don't think it's fake.

that is what punches are in wing tsun.

    mothefucking fast and precise.

  • The fact that it is an accurate depiction of Wing Chun punches does not make it authentic.

  • agreed

  • fake or not, it's funny how the big buff guys think they can beat anyone, wing chun uses the opponent's own energy against themselves.

  • seems like a fake fight, what do you think ?

  • fake, look at everyone there, they're dancing for no exact reason. there's no music on!

  • owned ! no more to say

  • garbage

  • uh was that even wing chun? since when is picking people up wing chun? why did bruce lee abandon the system?

  • the guy that was picked up was the wing chun practioneer....look at his stance and the way he stopped kicked the guy coming at him, then u can notice how he uses his whole body behind every strike that he does(including the take down).....im just a begginer at wing chun, but the thing that is interesting about it is that u attack with ur body rather than depending on shoulders and arms, that's wut makes it lethal and effective.....

  • Bruce Lee abandoned all systems. He felt that training in only one style is limiting yourself. To realise your full potential "use no way as way", as Bruce used to put it.

The principle philosophy of Bruce Lee was and is to train in many style of martial arts, adopting techniques that you find comfortable, and discarding techniques which are not. In this way, since everyone is unique, everyone will have their own style of fighting.

  • garbage

  • First of All only 1 UFC ffighter ever stepped in the Octogon claiming his style to be Wing Chun, and you can clearly tell the guy was not intelligent at all, he wasnt shaped like a fighter, wasnt moving like one, seems like a person who had probably 1-3 months of training. Id like to see WC get a second chance, unfortunatle 80% of the style is against the rules of MMA, so how would one get to see how effective it really is. This video, fake or not represents very well what would happen

  • "unfortunatle 80% of the style is against the rules of MMA, so how would one get to see how effective it really is"

That is the excuse all wing chun LARPERS use. Grow some balls and go to an MMA club to try out your Wing Chun. The guys at most clubs will be only too happy to hand your arse to you and show you the error of your ways.

  • whats a Larper, if you dont mind me asking?

MMA has Rules, Wing Chun doesnt.

I think MMA needs some balls, since they need to have a REF hold their fuckn hand the whole time and to decide when the fight is over.

I have Trained other styles, and I find Wing Chun to be more practical than anything else.

If you have any doubts about it, go to Chris Chan Wing Chun school in San Francisco for a Demonstration, he wont bs you, and show it on a student, he will demo it on you, toss you through walls

  • Live action roleplayer. Those guys who run around in the woods with rubber swords :D

    Wing chun is a joke.

  • Im not familiar with Larpers, Forgive my lack of knowledge which pertains to Pointless Information.

You are entitled to your opinion, even if its flawed.

You should find examples of Open Hand Techniques of Wing Chun, which dont involve constant contact, aren't rehearsed and are done at real time at full speed, Its something that you dont often see, unless you see Chris Chan n his students, you always hear about how WC is soft, not Chans, he uses Dynamic Tension.

The Jokes on your close mind

  • LOL i JUust noticed your profile says you are from the UK, and that can be very well what your problem is.

Theres only one Sifu in UK who is legit, and Im pretty sure you couldnt afford him. The rest of that shit is Con Man Willies Wing Chun.

  • Why is wing chun a joke exactly?

  • what are u saying no martial art is a joke

  • No I don't believe that any style is a joke.

  • look here ur tryin to say u got a ref holdin ur hand but um lets see if it wasnt for the damn ref most of the dudes would die in the ring and they got rules so u dont get serverly hurt use ur brain and think why they got a ref and rules dumbass

  • No, you're saying that.

Most of those guys In MMA, cant exert the proper technique to kill someone instantly. There are only a good handfull of guys that are actually Very dangerous in MMA. Its a sport, it wouldnt be if they had Dangerous people in it, and so many people who dont even belong there to begin with wouldnt compete in it if it was so dangerous.

  • MMA is a Sport, all Sports have Refs

  • exactly...wing chun is not a sport.

  • i train mma though i'd like to try out wing chun and see what i can learn from it, reccomend any schools in particular in the uk?

  • Any Leung Ting Wing Tsun, or also EBMAS (Emin Boztepe Martial Arts System). They are both great (almost the same, as Emin was Leung Ting´s student for a loooong time).

  • no he lost because it was written in the script... you honestly can't tell that is fake garbage? Either that or the 'streetfighter' was extremely drunk.

  • wing chun is the best

  • i think this videos is a fake i know wing chun couldnt be a real fight the people around them are kinda actin all this

  • its from a movie ....

  • wats the movie???

  • The guys watching the fight remind me of background people on street fighter. Why are they doing the same stupid things over and over?

  • excelent video i like this martial art.

  • the bullied vs the bully... the bullied learned wing chun and had his revenge on the bully XD

  • who was chun? your a dipshit. you know the guy laying on the street? hes the streetfighter

  • Who was wing chun and who was the street fighter?

  • The wing chun practicitoner was the guy who won.

  • the guy with fast punches.

  • ay cnoy am amagen da ngen?

  • OWNAGE TO THE MAX

  • that was awesome

  • lethaly funny

    Obviously fake.

    lol. Not even good fake.

  • of course it's fake. look at the crowd over-acting.

  • i do want more... (turns head to right) ahh theres my tv

  • u guys.... it was that fake because it was a movie.... isn't it obvious that it was a fricken t.v. screen....

  • LOL fake as can be.

Look at the guys in the background and how not one of the MAs "punches" land or rock the body, yet miraculously incapacitate the guy.

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmfake

  • Not fake. The Wing Chun guy looks pretty lethal. The other was just big tough dumb schmuck.

  • fake

  • fake

  • looks fake...let me have a word with him

  • lol

  • i completely agree that fight lasts for little, about 3 seconds per opponent, grappling in street fight against more people is suicide...anyways Ryukikkon mental training is MOST important, and it's true that in most dojos they don't focus enough on that...getting tired of writing...Ryukikon i don't know about your training if u do train or u know only theory but i hope u know about you are talking about...well i could write now philosophy of ninjutsu but im too lazy for that :P

  • clearly your not recording a tv screen :p

  • guy got FUCKED up!

  • I don't like to sound like I am coming down on anyone and please dont take it that way however most times when people talk martial arts, it is very immature or comes for a perspective that lacks proper understanding. I read many comments, and I will tackle some. Any martial art can become a sport. Fact. So anything about what is a sport art and what is not is foolish. all martial arts are seperated in to three categories, Combat, Sport and Demostration.

  • A person can be a master or highly skilled in one but rarely in all three. They each have different mind sets. Combat is for real fighting, Killing and incapcitating your opponent as quickly and efficently as possible. Sport takes out the killing or serious damage, focusing more on self defense and promotion of the development of the art socially and commercially. Demostration is purely for show, the style. How something looks not functions.

  • People constantly use MMA(western) because MMA has always existed, as the litmus test. They don't do it in the MMA, people use to use Boxing years back. Its funny. They don't use Combat styles or styles that have a high probablity of inflicting threatening blows in the MMA. So they don't use any Combat directed Martial art. They use sport arts, fact. Ninjutsu is really a mindset. In traditional Ninjutsu you learned every base style. The difference was philisophy. So stop with the Ninjustsu talk

  • All martial arts work it is just the practioner. Some martial arts are better for certain jobs than others. It the key to all things is the human. A street fighter practicing no popular martial style can beat such a practioner. I see it all the time. TO be honest most people that practice martial arts can't fight in a real situation. THe reason being, Fighting is mostly a mental thing. That is not properly taught in these dojos. That is just the Reality,

  • "TO be honest (most) people that practice martial arts can't fight in a real situation."

    Statistics and sources please.

  • I will assume this to be directed at me ComputerJA. I will start by saying this, people can and will accept or reject things regardless of validity. WIth that permise I direct an obviously intelligent guy like to a concept called in english Postulation. It is kind of funny to ask for facts about this, I would prefer just to show you, but since we live in different places I am sure you can use this wonderful theory, read from masters of combat to enlighten yourself on this.

  • Now to the grit. Martial arts is a mental excerise most importantly. Combat, sport and Demostration all have different mindsets but I will speak only of combat for this. In the militaryor enforcement groups no matter how many times you practice on the range and drills you are still considered green. Why, because the mental shock of real combat is different. Your life can be taken or you have to take life, these fears and thoughts slow reaction and dull judgement. Same is true of real fights.

  • Anyone can fight but not many people can think logically in a fight, that takes experience and different way of thinking. I don't want to run on too long space is short. If you have ever been in a real fight where you have to kill or seriously hurt the person or vice versa to win or save yourself, then you will learn it is hard to subdue a will full person. Hence people on drugs are so strong and hard for sport martial artist to beat.

  • Many people that practice sport arts are not taught with proper mindset how to engage in a real dangerous street fight not pushing or the typical drap up. Go to a bar and mess with Bikers and people of such ilk that have been fighting a long time, with you friend that does Karate(or whatever else) for 3 months or 2 years that has only ever fought in his dojo ever. Good chance that he will get beat up. Even in Karate and other arts they use a lot of wasteful attacks that do not stop the willfull

  • Most people concerned with stats like sport arts and UFC(western MMA). No problem but they don't reflect real combat. Take BJJ or any move that relies or uses Grappling, you can't do that in a real street fight that has the life or death element. Real fights are not predictable, the best guy can lose, it is about advantages.Black belts and Dans get killed in club fights by simple guys with knifes, that is the nature of the world. You grapple someone and his friend comes and kicks you in the head

  • Fat chance at winning in using grappling in that real situation. In a real situation between real fighters that kick, punch or use of weapon can change the fight very quickly, real fights don't last long. I Will leave with that and not go any further. Martial arts start and end with the mind. THat is the most important thing, because it determines everything. Sterotypes, immature and lacking proper martial understanding leads to these misjudments.

  • I understand.

But saying that most people who practice MA can't fight in real situations is misleading, at least to me. Perhaps you have seen a few MA people get beaten up by street fighters. However, that does not mean MOST MA fighters lose. I tell you by experience (OK-at least from where I come from), many MA fighters kick ass.

    Anyways, thanks for your comment.

  • its all cool, you were actually correct in that I had a flaw i how I stated it. I am more famillar in logic and in mindsets with combat arts. So When I made that I statement I meant sport arts. It is unfortunate and fortunate that many people do not practice the full scope of combat arts. It was a good talk, still I appericated it.

  • Well said, RBMA(reality based martial arts) and TMA/MMA are completely different things. I couldn't agree more with much of what u said. well put.

  • Sports/martial arts. They can be both, and it doesn't matter. Whatever wins the most is the best. Darwin rules.

  • btw...in ninjutsu moves are NOT supposed to look mighty or nice...they kinda do look if u do it wrong, but then u lose much balance and control over yourself...if u do it properly it doesn't,not even a bit and u get a LOT of balance and control over yourself AND your opponent...all moves are supposed to be effective not preaty or nice.

  • angelloakira i said that i know people who said is best martial art,i dont...i agree its all about user(fighter) cuz few friends of mine also train ninjutsu and i got feeling they would got their asses kicked in street...im more ninjutsu type, probably gonna train wing chun as well after i become even better in ninjutsu...about this video fight has been too long...already at 0:09 wing chun guys could made fatal blow wich would end fight...atleast i would :/
