@SomethingNewNow pretty sure it wont work for all videos and probably not now 2 years later. 360p will most likely have stereo, in fact i think now all videos with original stereo have it but before &fmt=18 would force it to be 480p and then only 480p videos had stereo. but it also depends on the video format of the original video.
