oh never it's just the russian provinces which show 'noculture'

and all I did was move hungarian to the finno-ugric group on the cultures.txt to make it more realistic.

@dermatlmann Oh, in that case, check if you didn't accidently delete or move some of the signs, they can mess up your code immensly.

when I play this MiscMod russian culture countries have a 'noculture' and so does croatia, I don't get it.

@dermatlmann Hmm...I think that's caused by some lines missing in the culture file, or a small spelling error.

In my version you can't annex countries by war with only one province. Did they change that in divine wind?

@gav1230 I think they already changed it in Heir to the Throne, but I'm not entirely sure. It's a very nice change, waiting those extra 5 years to annex someone is just stupid.

@UnitRico They change that in a patch for Heir to the Throne which continues in to Divine Wind. The logic is that if you can take all province and vassalize them, then you can annex them outright. But if the total warscore for that is 101 or higher, they won't accept that. This works for 4 provinces or less, for the most part.

cancel the 2 vassals and just take their teritories , you have claims on them too...

@SuperTigerNo1 I diplo-annexed one of them, and cancelled the other through a peace deal and took them immediately after in episode 2 =]

@SuperTigerNo1 Well, they start the 16th and end the 31st. I have 6 exams in total and lots of spare time to reco- I mean study inbetween ;]

Anyway, I'll see how much time I have in these two weeks, I only have to study really hard for two of them, and not at all for one, the others I just have to read the books again a bit and I should be fine =P

Can't you just end vassalisation and declare war? You can also just save and reload if they say no.

@feybart I could, and I probably will do that with the smaller one. And saving and reloading takes pretty long in this game, and I believe there was a bug that made it so that resigning made the save files huge and unplayable...they might've fixed it in the patch though, I'm not sure. Hey, come to think of it, I can probably offer to end the vassalisation of one of them in a war I don't want to fight.

@UnitRico Well, with JosefVStalin it did work... But I don't think the system is really good. Para should probably make the chance of your vassals declining smaller. Or make a system in which you can put "pressure" on your vassals making it do what you want to.

@feybart Yeah, you can really abuse this game, or do ahistorical things (and I don't mean forming Germany in 1600, but declaring peace after a single day of war, for instance) sometimes...

@UnitRico I agree. I think that is what makes these games so much fun. Though, most things only work if they would work in real life. What I do pity, is that the chance of the Netherlands being created is pretty small. In most games it doesn't, and the French just steamroll over it and getting pretty rich because of the high base-income provinces there.
