@abcd6853 In order to manipulate the movement of the hips and the belly, the dancers use their legs to shift their weight., so you could say that it's like weight distribution. Wearing heels makes that a lot harder because your legs are flexed and your center of gravity has been fixed, making the dance look less fluid. However Didem was able to dance in heels cause well, she's a pro, lol.
