although one must consider, somewhat dubious source of information.

the comments about fleas not reaching full potential, I assume are from non pet owners. the little bastards may not be able to jump high, but they jump high enough to nip at my ankles, just at my sock line... so if i get higher socks they might not be able to reach me ??? ahah

There is a pet salon in Orlando, Florida called "Metropolitan Dog Spa" that keep fleas in a jar just like that to infect dogs so the owners would come back for baths more frequently.
