Its a type of parasitic worm from Africa. It grows to be 3 feet long, squirming from your stomach to your foot. I hope I'm the first with this answer. Looks like an infection caused by Dracunculus medinensis. Very common in places that have a lot of standing water that is waded in and consumed.
