"This will probably be a little infuriating to watch" Holy fuck the only thing infuriating is how you dont even try to kill the cyber demon. It takes less than 300 cells and is extremely easy in the size of that room. You had tons left over... Striate when he fires + leave in shoot.

What I did when doing this level was I killed the Cyberdemon. THEN I queued the elevator. Not exactly time conservative, but you still have enough ammo to kill the CD and reload.
