Whenever I install Google Chrome on my computer and after, I turn on the computer, it lags horribly. But when I remove it, my computer returns to its original speed when I turn on the computer. Also, I try loading Youtube on Google Chrome but it takes forever. Probably just my computer.

The browser's awesome. Some people say it takes up too much memory, but I'm usually only using my web browser when I'm on my computer.

i like it ..the only problem is in firfox u have a lot of stuff like addons and skins this one is for basic browsing nothing more. i think it will work perfect for office guys not for ppl who sit 24/7 on internet becoze except browsing there is nothing u can do and u get bored...(but still if i want to go a web page in hurry i use this ..because its very simple and more space inside the page ...i like the application shortcut...really kwl stuff hope firefox come with an addon like that)

Ya there are gonna be exploits and bugs until it gets finalized. I wouldn't enter a bank account number into it, but it's a nice browser overall. BTW, what do you use to screen record?

At the mean time, I recommend not to use it as your everday browser since I've heard it has loads of exploits since it is a beta.

I like this browser, I made it my default browser. My only problems so far:

- You can't add a word to the dictionary (for the spell checker program) and sometimes right clicking on the misspelled word won't work.

- My Royale Noir them won't apply to it; It only has a light blue theme that sharply contrasts my jet black and neon blue theme.

- It doesn't have many options or customizations.

But like you said, it's just a beta version. Still needs to be built. t's really fast too.

i hv blocked google updater from acsessing the internet with my firewall becos i was feed up with it updating... of which google chrome uses it to connect during install which is blocked, i hv removed all traces of google and i cant find it my firewall and reinstalled everything and it dont work... After watching your video, I've installed google crome, and I must have to admit I quite like it until now. It's very fast to install, has a good overview of what it can do, and is easy to handle. The only thing that I don't like is that it looks a little weird when it goes on to full screen, but it is still a beta version so I won't complain.

Otherwise, sweet programme and a wonderful change to IE, who from my experience has the tendency to crash computers.

wow replying to my own comment also found that the new facebook and google chrome don't like each other. most of my applications there buttons don't work and the infacebook chat doesn't work.

Also noticed that the dictionary feature for text has more options then other browsers but it doesn't even recognize the word google lol

and there is no option to add commonly used words like facebook, google, gmail which all come up incorrect for me.

I personally downloaded this at about 8pm yesterday, and the first thing I noticed (and I am aware this is a beta) is that I can't configure the interface, I can't move buttons around, get rid of navigation buttons etc, It made it feel like it was made for younger people, and I was slightly dissapointed that despite the promise of speed increases it was slower than Firefox.

I did like the way it handled tabs however, and I do like their approach.

I give it 7/10 in its current state, but 10/10 for the concept, it is a very different approach, and it was never going to be perfect, straight away.

I personally love the way that this browser is more an application, a window into the internet even, rather than a browser.

Everything is well designed, witht he exception of the download bar.
