@kdbestwish Any major restaurant supply store would be a good place to start, being that if they don't have the particular make and model you're requesting, they might be able to even order or at least help you order it.

If anything else, the good ol' world wide web is a great place to look also

@kdbestwish alton usually uses a good V-slicer and ditches the guard for a heavy glove, typically kevlar.

My favourite cooking oils for all time are , Grapeseed Oil and Olive Oil.

My family have been using both for at least 100 years or more.
