I've heard so many versions of this song and this is one of my favorites! Thomas doesn't sound like he's trying so hard to sing so the message comes across beautifully. so many people just focus on belting they forget that neither one of the characters has experienced this before and it's all new and exciting and just amazing. two thumbs up! it was great!

This is just me being critical, but while their voices are beautiful and they sing this exceptionally, they play out to the audience too much, this song is supposed to be between the two of them as they confess their love for each other while these two played it too showy in my opinion.

I saw the Broadway revival in 1992 many times. Love this show. The young actor in this clip is very good. Better than several others I have seen. Don't know exactly what it is makes him stand out but he's very convincing. He's not got the most powerful voice but it is beautiful and he's actually excellent here. Thanks for posting.
