@TheOblivionwarrior The mod is found on tesnexus(dot)com, and it is called NPC Arrest- Beta. Be warned though. This mod is beta, so it will act weird, such as when they come out of jail, they will immediately be arrested again. The bomb mod is from midas magic. One of the spells is leave a bomb.

It is actually a good mod, though be warned, if important characters, like the gray fox, go to jail, it messes up the game. But it was funny how the blackwood company went to prison!
