@phalobluezz What i mean by "juicy paint" is paint that is thin and liquid enough to spread smoothly and evenly on your paper. It needs to contain enough moisture so that you don't immediately get a rough, ragged, drybrush edge when you try to make a stroke. The consistency could be anywhere from watery and tea-like to as thick as cream. Hope this helps.
