Lol, I love Kenpachi and all, but I hate it when he appears during the epic fights. Why? Because once he is there I'm just like 'well the other guys fucked'. It completely gets rid of any tension cause you know no matter what the other guy is gettin fucked up.

Kenpachi has never spoken to his zanpakutō (as far as we know) so he hasn't unlocked its soul/power, so there prolly isn't a personification of his. Yachiru though...idk :)

Yachiru most likely has. I'm not sure if lieutenants are picked by power, or hand selected by the captains, but i think its a combination of the two. So yachiru must have -some- connection with her zanpakuto.
