You never acctually scream, when you sceam u must NEVER! force yor voice,yur throught must be as or more relaxed as when your in bed sleeping. You obviously got the power, bu dontactually scream, just use your diafragm and use the flem in your thought to kinda gargle the distortion.

if you scream powerful and loud naturally, you open up like singing.. and it will HELP you're voice, because its done relaxed and from the diaphragm. (just with a lot of air)

If you scream with those "screamo" whisper yells, and TRY to push them loud, it completely constricts your throat and can "fry your vocals"
