@richard21solava Aaron Gillespie was UØ's Drummer since the beginning. But on April he left the band because he felt himself drifting away from them. Also, he's been in The Almost too, so he wanted to focus on that as well. Underoath came back with Daniel Davison (Ex-drummer) of Norma Jean.

true fans will respect their decisions. being a long time Underoath fan as well as a drummer, I love Aaron just as much as the next person. But I also love Underoath; plain and simple. This is by no means "bad music" and if you really think so, then naivety has taken over. Appreciate Aaron with The Almost and old UO albums, but if UO thinks this is the best direction, then it is. If you don't agree with it, stop listening to something that's actually wholesome and healthy.

To be honest, it's pretty much Lost In The Sound just a little heavier. And Aaron was NOT the heart of UO. Daniel's drumming sounds great and Spee's vocals sounds awesome. And Aaron never did Spencer's parts, didn't write Tim and James' riffs, didn't write Grant's lines and didn't do Chris' lines and samples.

To really not like a band because one member left, is so sad.

You've no respect for the music or the band!

As for me, I'll continue to enjoy the raw passion of Underoath.
