learn each pitch before you sing the song, cuz you were changing keys a lot in the beginning, also you could sing out more, i mean a dude sang this song and the highest full voice note was a g#, so as a female (with a naturally higher range than a tenor) this should be easy to sing and stylize. just some thoughts....also i would think you would improve if you tried to get rid of the airy tone. i dont mean to be a hard ass, just some helpful criticism :) keep rocking

You have a nice voice! It does seem as though you're slightly nervous though, but that's perfectly normal. Just be careful, you're using a falsetto technique (yes, woman DO have falsetto) for high notes which gives it a soft, airy sound. This can damage your voice if you do it a lot.

I could also hear a bit of strain, but we all get that at some point; it's just learning how to relax into the singing rather than forcing it. Great job otherwise, it's always good to see singers a capella. :)

A capella is the opposite of cantata, or accompanied music. It's Latin for "in the manner of the Church," and refers to a solo voice or a soli of voices, that are unaccompanied by background music, or other instruments. You are correct in saying a capella is where you make the background music as well, but it ALSO applies in this case as a solo voice. So she is performing this a capella. :)
