Well, of course. But it still does have the basics of the original. The star crossed lovers and the dueling houses. :) And it still is quite the fun story, even if it's not very close to the original storyline. I'm very much liking the little throws to William Shakespeare, and that so many of the characters are named after his characters from his other works. I love it greatly. <3
