Thanks for the vid. I bought a Cellular Innovations A2DP capable bluetooth headset but couldn't get my iPod Touch to see it. After watching you pair your devices I realized I had only turned on my bluetooth and had not put it in pairing mode. (Which I noticed by the blinking blue and red on your headset.)
This will eliminate the wired headphones I was using and constantly getting caught on things while moving around.
Okay, first of all your going to need a iPod touch 2nd generation with the 3.0 or higher software update. If you got that go to settings then select bluetooth and it will scan for your personal Bluetooth earpiece. Yes you can use the same ones that you use for just talking on phones for streaming music via blutooth headphones. Good luck yalls.
I have a friend that has a bluetooth deck in his car that support steaming audio. I don't remember whar brand it was but it cost him around a hundred dollars for it.
Do you know the Bluetooth Car deck support A2DP or not? If it support A2DP and I think it can be streaming music. But I never saw a car deck have A2DP.
ok quick question so i dont waste my money. i have an ipod touch second gen with 3.1.3. if i buy a deck for my car that supports bluetooth A2DP it should stream my music right?
Good video but can the iPod get songs from a mobile phone by bluetoth ? And if anyone has a ps3 and iPod 2g with bluetooth could they say what it does when you have connected it by bluetooth . Thanks
you are the moron because the iphone Does in fact have a wifi 802.11g antenna. i dont know if the 3G s has 802.11n, but they all have wifi. you can confirm this @ the apple website.
you are a stupid fuck you know that? first of all do you have an iphone? if you do dont bother saying it cuz youll sound like more of a retard.second,go to apple website and i check it out for yourself you dumb piece of shit. you're seriously a fucking retard.smfd bitch.btw...you fail
I was able to connect my phone xD (Envy 2) but i cant connect my earpiece D: I keep trying and putting them "close" (right on top of my damn ipod touch 2g), but it still cant "find" my device. Any idea mate?
there is no 3rd gen on ipod touch. and 2nd gen on ipod touch has speakers. it is also thinner with volume control n the side. for iphone it is just faster
the 2g ipod touch has a bluetooth chip, it always has. They just never supported it with firware, so no one knew. there were some ways of activating it through jailbreaking it,, but now its officially supported.
okay so I bought 3.0 software, my ipods not screwed over w/ jailbreak. I'm going to buy bluetoooth specifically for my ipod touch. I know it has to be A2DP (idk wat that means)... what kind is urs? like which brand & stuff
No there is not, A2DP is a feature of new 3.0, if there were a 30-pin connector to a device plugged in, it would have shown up when it was being paired, FAIL nice try though, KNOWLEDGE
Me too
