actually phil there's one way to get around guile turtling with hakan. to pull off this tactic you have to get within distance of doing an air attack on guile. at this point most guiles will slide kick or throw sonic booms to get you to move back, or jump at which point they'll do a flash kick. the strategy here is to hold your focus attack and press forward-forward; if you do it at the proper time without giving it away you can then go for a 360. it's a good tactic, trust me.

@theasiacan I never tried but I don't think so, if you do it facing the corner it pushes him far away, so it doesn't put you any closer than if you do it anywhere else.
