Fine Clarinet, Need more players who can manage to play in atmosphere of modern pops, and hope clarinets not to cling to the outdated dixie type. Cla actually can be very effective instrument for modern use.

The acoustics of the auditorium plus the microphone enhances the sound of the piano and the clarinet.  Of course both are excellent musicians. I am just saying that the auditorium acoustics really fattens the music tonality as compared to playing outdoors or in a room.
