This version has a dated feel to it.....it also doesn't have that dirty grind feel that makes you get the stank face....its too smooth and chill. It reminds me of music from the mid to late 90s. The original is just hot and grimy....and timeless.

This is a dope blend....This is my first time hearing this version, though I've listened to the other version all the time for years. I must say I didn't think I'd like it as much as the other one, but I do. Pete Rock did his thing with this, and of course D'Angelo is one of the greatest singers of all times, to me at least. Pete and D are a good mix.
