The spending done in 2009 was set in place by the Bush administration not Obama. It is all Bush's spending. Any bills that Obama passed would began spending in 2010. So they are outraged at Bush but not showing it because he isnt black.

The young lady on the panel seems very intelligent and reasonable. It is obvious that she has spent a lot of time doing research and also remembers where she came from. Harriet Tubman would be proud.

@bromin6 that young lady seems to need to do a lot more research as to why the term african-american came into existence....She said its "so silly" that people call us african americans due to "political correctness" I think the term political correctness in this context is a slap in the face. Her weak rational clearly indicates a very superficial understanding and lack of sensitivity of the plight of blacks in america.
