  • É lindo !!!

  • September 23rd. Never Forget.

  • Beautiful music with the video. What is it?

  • God working in the back yard

  • Beautiful. Thanks.

  • Thanks for the reply GoldfinchGarden, You can see a wave burgeoning outward as the debris makes impact. Whomever did see this happen, can you comment on wave generated?

  • What kind of camera is this?

  • @thejackal519 I used a Panasonic HDC-SD90

  • Really a fantastic opportunity that nature let you peek under her dress and see her in action--so rare! I am curious outside of the frame of the collapse what size wave was generated by the mass? Can you comment on that aspect? Are there any signs of archeological finds in the layers? I live on Maui, Hawaii where we have a rather large mass ready to tumble on the facing shore of Moloka'i which could pose a threat of a local tsunami in the hundreds of feet. Less than 8 miles away from us.

  • @808stevan Sorry but I can't answer answer your questions. I wasn't there when the cliffs collapsed.

  • @808stevan You wont find very many archeological finds in those layers, compared to the Dorset Jurassic coastline; as the further west along the British south coast you go the older the rocks are, here they are just extremely old hard granite hardly any sedimentary at all

  • Damn I want your camera.

  • I wish you had shot the collapsing video with this camera. The clarity of this camera is incredible.

  • @MrWavos Thanks, Me too. Talk about right place at the right time.

  • Still eroding!

    Beautiful vid.

Doesn't it make you afraid that the ground you're standing upon to film this for us, is liable to collapse beneath you?!!?

  • @katherine3486 Thanks Katherine, believe me I was very careful where I stood while filming this after seeing the original video.

  • 2012, the Earth slowly crumbles to make way for a new world... so the music says.

  • The start of a nice beach.

  • Check out my video, to see how beautiful it was before the collapse..............one of my very favourite trips......."Cornwall - Portreath to Godrevy Island by Sea Kayak" great shame, but alas this is Mother Nature, and she is in charge.

  • It is amazing to see the settlement of the hillside..Some times the forces of nature are unpredictable..What a beautiful video..

  • 4000 views OMG nice video

  • @Brbara30 Thank you Barbara, I'm amazed! Its obviously picking up the views off the video its linked to.

  • is that all thats left? im actually saddened, and scared.

  • what's the piece of music? It's lovely.

  • @cathestr0phic The music is called Frozen Silence. I don't know who its by.

  • Great video, saw the collapse, My how peaceful it looks now.

  • @tshort1959 The path around the cliff has been closed off because it is still unstable. To think I've stood on the part of the cliff that collapsed loads of times. I think I'll be more careful where I stand in future.

  • I was there a few hours after you, more stuff to come down yet, was an amazing video of the collapse!

  • @yt12354 Sure was. I wish I was there to see it happen.
