When I was first in Japan I went into town with my friend during rush hour. She was telling me I should go later, because of the crowds, but I wanted to see it for myself.

We were packed just like this. I was very lucky as three High school girls positioned themselves around me (intentionally I now know) My friend asked if I was OK and I said yes, so she went to sleep STANDING UP!
