I am looking, now, to the song, in other point of view - but all the lyrics and all the song still make sense to me.

when she sings "gone, she is gone", and then she says that she will leave him (and i will , because you've worn me down) , i think that she are talking about herself, its make all sense, anyway. But when she said "you cant stop thinking about her" , here she are refering to other girl.
