at the very least she couldve put the seatbelts on and put the child safety locks on so they couldnt open the door!!!!!!!

Why couldn't they take the car seat out of the broke car and put it in the borrowed car? She has an excuse for everything but she didn't think of that. Yeah car seats can be a pain to move all the time but that is no reason to risk your kids life.

She should be taught how to restain her kids Not in jail. The time in jail for the mother and the kids in OCS is worse than if they would have gave her a huge fine. And made her go to child safety classes! These kids were not abused the mother was Under EDUCATED. Teach!Before you preach!By the way my 5 year old at 42 in tall and 40.3 lbs is still in a higher weight limit (65lbs)5 point harness and my 2 1/2 year old at 25 lbs and 30 in tall is still rear facing in a(35lbs rf) five point harness!
