a real terrorist and criminal (to a certain degree) like a murderer, child molester, rapist..someone who has done harsh crimes should be tortured!!! the problem is that not every man or person in our government should be trusted becuz its been proven that they lie!!
are you people dumbasses? if i didnt kill a baby but people waterboarded me to confess that i did, at some point i would ans so would you. torture is blatently ineffective in getting reliable information. i mean, sure its necessary in some cases where you know 100%that someone knows something that could save lives but there are far better alternatives. grow up from the middle ages
Does the department of Justice actually do waterboarding on terrorists right out in the street? Cause I'd probably pay to see it. Imagine the fortune a hot dog wagon, strategically set up nearby, could make!
In no way do I support what Bush did to Iraq (and yes, he IS "the devil"), BUT I also don't buy so much into this thing that waterboarding is torture and therefore should never be used. I don't support using it on just *any* suspect, but if there's clear cut evidence that the person in question is part of some terror cell, I empathize with them the same way I empathize with a murderer facing the gurney or the electric chair in the United States...go figure!
this isn't even real waterboarding, your feat are supposed to be above ur head, so you feel like u fall and the water rolls int oyour nose, thats why its so horrible. this is awful by itself, but this isn't even the harshness level of real waterboardng
Torture doesn't give correct answers, when you're tortured enough you will say anything to make it stop and if you think otherwise go to Iraq and ask some "Terrorists" *Cough* Bush *Cough* and ask them to waterboard you for answers you don't know and only to stop when they hear what they want, you 10 year old torture porn assholes wouldn't last over two 15 second waterboards, I doubt even one!
If America would mind its own business, stop playing "World Police" and start dealing with its own problems, there would probably be no terrorist threat.
It's just water pussies! Besides an old fashioned ass whoopin how else are we supposed to crack someone who has information that we need when the people who are typically subjected to it are already fucking crazy. Sure it seems inhumane to waterboard your average person, but I think these types of methods are a testament to how far we've come. Do some research and see just how inhumane we used to be. Fucking pussies.
As long as people think that perpetrating more injustice upon others is the way to exact justice, it will never truly exist. That's the truth of the matter. Grudges, fear, and decade-old terrorist acts do not change the fact.
What a bunch of cowards. I don't see them out there getting the information our country needs to prevent future attacks and bring to justice the terrorists responsible for attacks on our soil that killed THOUSANDS of our innocent citizens. It's not like we are pulling names out of a hat and waterboarding them for fun. They are lucky if that's the worst they get. Give me a break!
Did someone ask these "Bleeding Heart Liberal A-Holes" if jumping out of a burning skyscaper to your death is torture after some throwback camel jockey scumbags just flew a couple of planes thru it???
"I was terrified for my life" (with his pathetic excuse for acting)
I guess for all of the children who lost their mothers and fathers on 9/11 it's NOT torture? My opinion, if you sign up to be a terrorist then you sign up for "torture - methods" of interrogation!"
When our US soldiers are killed, beheaded and dragged down the streets to make a point, this method is far less horrific!
By the way obvious you chose all Caucasian actors except the middle-Eastern Victim. Pathetic video!
@scottalcal It wasn't acting. He was actually drowning and choking. It took him minutes afterwards before he could finally even talk.
You seem to think torture is justified because all of the people who get tortured MUST be terrorists. You don't think they've done this to innocent people, unintentionally or otherwise? You don't think there's a chance corrupt officials needed somebody to validate their premise of war?
Torture doesn't work. People will say anything to make the agony stop.
Lulz that you think you even have to do this shit, too hard to make a friend that dont look in the mirror all day. The fed should track your ass for being a pscho. Your shit government is fed up making excuses for the red neck rudness so now they spend the best years in afghan killing towel heads, while we screw their mrs. Sick of wanking to porno mags the tard US soldier wants home but US dont want them and now they off to Lybia. Join the army and can I have your GF phone number..
@lhc089 pretty much the whole world is against america right now. ur hated almost everywhere. and u have no one to blame but urselves. the sad thing is that the people like you have brought down the civilised americans aswell. when i was in the states last year ( i was just passing through jfk and stayed for 2 hours) even in that short space of time the general attitude was typical of urs. ur either american or ur agianst us. anyways the best part about that trip was the flight to canada.
Actually, to all the ass-clowns who defend waterboarding in the name of safety -- our country entered into several international agreements prohibiting torture throughout the past. Whether or not you're a sadistic piece of shit who thinks that bullshit like this is okay to do to people, the fact remains the same that our government is breaking agreements they made with the international community by engaging in these activities. Furthermore, if you're illiterate, gtfo the interwebs. Thanks.
I have no problem with torture, and if your sceamish then go to another country. I'm about protecting our familes and nation. Not trying to win a "Nice guy contest".
was it not tortureous when 911 happened those are some soft motherfuckers in this vid that knows nothing when talking about war and nations of milloions and preventing future attacks
HA HA HA buncha liberal pansies....grow a pair....WATERBOARDING IS TORTURE....AND I DONT GIVE A SHIT!!!!! .....us or them....i will gladly take us......cry babies.
Everyone who thinks that waterboarding is torture is a fucking pussy. You think this is torture? You think this is atrocity? When I was in Iraq, my unit found a house filled with over 100 dead men and women. Their hands and feet had been sliced up, fingers cut off, faces mutilated...that is the kind of heartless, vicious people we are dealing with. You don't just ask them nicely to tell you when and where they are going to murder more Americans. Wake up, this is not a playground conflict.
So what. This guy was likely plotting to kill multiple americans. Who remembers Nick Berg, Daniel Pearl? Who watched the beheading of Nick Berg leaked video? I am so sick of spineless people who have never seen the other side and think they know everything. Put on your gear and come with me a day to Iraq, and I will show you what torture is. The wemon are more tortured over there than some of these detainees.
I read through these comments and can't help but think that not too many people have spent a good deal of time studying history. Every president in times of war extends his powers to preserve the country. Not too many people hold it against Lincoln that he imprisoned 18,000 suspected Confederate sympathizers without trial or authorized funds for war without congress in order to preserve the U.S. Let's deal with reality any other wartime Pres in US history hasn't been too different.
Well, I don't think one should have to take examples from a couple of hundred years ago and apply them today. Havn't humanity moved forward the last hundreds of years?
Ok, Study FDR or JFK or any president that had to preside over hostile opposition during recent history. Freedom is free. It has always required drawing a hard line a against forces that do not believe in our way of life.
Many justice department officials have stated that this practice led to the knowledge and the prevention of attacks on LAX and London airports.
To prosecute U.S. intelligence officers will discourage our current and future intelligence officers doing their jobs.
Torture is being trapped in a burning room, watching your friends and coworkers die of burn wounds and/or smoke inhalation, then making the decision to take a plummet of hundreds of feet to your death rather than suffer this fate.
waterboarding never stopped 1 attack from happening anywhere in the world. That's a fact. Historical evidence proves that torture usually turns up faulty info because the person being tortured just wants it to stop and will say whatever they have to to stop the torture.
also.. remember.. 9/11 happened on bush's watch.. ENJOY!
If you are going to attack Bush for not preventing 9/11 I personally don't care, I didn't vote for him once. You didn't like his policies? Fine, his term is up and the U.S. elected a democrat. That's why democracy works.
What I think is disgusting is that people are running to the defense of these people who kill innocent U.S. citizens and attack the people that defend this country (Intelligence/Military). We need to let them do their jobs.
Really who in Iraq killed innocent US citizens. I mean.. they had nothing to do with 9/11 and bush even admitted it so what US citizens did they kill?
Also when we torture people it gives terrorist organizations recruiting material to work with. Think about it. We're just proving them right when we do chicken shit stuff like that.
Iraqis? I am talking about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed the guy that personnally beheaded American journalist Daniel Pearl, was the architect of 9/11 and the 1993 WTC bombings among many other attrocities.
How does this guy have the nerve to complain to Human Rights Watch???
I have found it is mostly ignorant people that find it necessary to curse every other word when they try to make a point. Usually the point gets lost in the profanity.
@stewdogg42 Just how is this dramatised, may I ask? also what part is 'ridiculous'? Do you know, at all what this feels like?
Wen water is then poured it causing the captive to experience the sensations of drowning. Also strong immediate gag reflex. It can cause extreme pain, dry drowning, damage to lungs, brain damage from oxygen deprivation, other physical injuries including broken bones due to struggling against restraints, lasting psychological damage or, if uninterrupted, death.
yes... so? what's the point of you commenting 'haha'? tell me Mike, is the reply I gave to DogStew more or less relevent? because you put that comment...
@stewdogg42 Only an uneducated being, (who barely qualifies as a human due to lack of sympathy & consideration 4 other humans in pain) who is blind & brainwashed by the media & us govenment will say this is 'dramatic' and 'rediculous'.
BUT then again, wen your own 'vote stealing' murderous leader George 'Dub-Yuh' Bush massacred over 2,200 his own, YOUR own countrymen/women on sep 11th, People like you stood by and blamed whomever, that same government/media told them to blame. BRAINWASHED
I am so glad they got actors to portray this! I mean how more real could it get? (sarcastic) Cause we know hollywood gets everything right.
This is effective with no physical injury to the enemy combatant that wears no uniform. AQ & Taliban study our techniques so their people can be more resistant. Giving them a warm cell, the koran, and 3 meals a day won't break these people! Sometimes cruel things need to be done in an even worse world.
They purposely teach this because this is THE AMERICAN WAY! This is NOT as bad as it gets, they do much worse things when they are in other countries. In Honduras they hooked battery cables to electrodes, put one up the ass and the other in their mouth, then touched the battery causing them to shit out their mouths. 'INTERROGATION METHODS'
Uh huh-well I guess having another 911 all over again is a better solution for us then? At least we'd be humane and kind.Didn't you know that nice guys always finish last? History shows us that cruelty in the right circumstances at the right time demands respect. If we dont remember that then we are doomned to repeat it.Anyway they didnt even do the procedure correctly. You are supposed to put a sheet of plastic over the face and then pour water over it.Not a towel! Duh!
And if this is useful at all, then it may be as well show the world that u love to "torture women and children and skin them alive afterwards" and show that in front of the world or on a camcorder.
That'd make a lot more people brown their pants and scream for mercy, if possible. (sarcasm intended)
If you have someone who has information needed to save American lives, use any means necessary. I don't care if they stick bamboo under his nails, or hang him by his toes and flog him. The morons who made this video should have been in the towers on 9/11.
I think a more non lethal way to get information would be via thick dirty sanchez mustaches. If I see some nasty dude take a dump and he tells me it will be my mustache if I don't speak, I'd speak. Unless of course you like that kind of thing. Another option is the old string tied around the penis gag. Nothing gets you talking quicker when you are wondering what will blow up first, the penis or the bladder.
I lost my family in a terrorist attack. If this procedure would have helped gather information to stop the attack, I see no problem with it. These people who have nothing better to do than whine and complain are taking up valuable space. While I hope it never happens, let them lose their family to a terrorist attack and then I want to hear them spout this left-wing, America-hating rhetoric.
war is silly, we have the ability to fuck some people up if need be, why do we waste time, money and men, with war. blow saudi arabi to hell. no need for torture.
If these motherfucker's want to kill innocent people for no reason other that pure hate.....I say don't use waterboarding as an interrogation tool......rip the towels of their head and....drown every fucking one of them....
Damn right! I'd like to take one of those fuckers and show him the business end of my 12 gauge. And to be honest I don't think this technique is "enhanced" enough.
this sort of treatment is horrific and if we do put our soldiers through this its only becuase we dont want them to give in but it doesnt make it any less barbaric. we are better than this. why do people think of things to do to hurt each other? its sickening and needs to stop
both are terrible but just becuase one is is more gruesome than the other doesnt justify things. And i dont think that religion should be brought into this becuase there have been alot of bad things done in the name of religion. Does the Spanish Inquisistion ring a bell?
Yup, and what was done in the spanish inquisition was torture. If you want to get waterboarded, join the Navy Seals, its a part of their training to get waterboarded, why isnt anyone complaining about us torturing them? They arent. i know I was in the military. If we had captured one of the terorrist that plotted 911 and waterboarding would have gotten information form them that would have prevented the WTC from being destroyed and saved 3000 + american lives, would you be against it then?
A Naval Officer put himself through waterboarding as an experiment to see if it really was tourture, and even under the most controled enviroment, even with all the reassureances that he would be okay, he was freaking out, in those conditions it was still tourture
Also we did waterboard a 9/11 hijacker and we had to let him go becuase of that! We would have had to let him go even if we had waterboarded him before the attacks becuase it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
Is he dead, did he lose any limbs, is he seeing a phsychiatrist for mental stress, let me know. Thats not crule and unusual punishment, cruel and unusual punishment would be being stripped naked and having men dressed like clowns beat you with lead pipes, thats cruel and unusual. If its going to save peoples lives, Im all for it
it is cruel an unusual punishment. thats why we HAD TO LET A 9/11 HIJACKER GO!!!!! nobody wanted to. we know he did it but he was waterboarded.
Also, you are a liar to say that SEALS have to be waterboarded as training, i know for a fact that they dont. Dont argue with someone with real information on the inside. And dont lie about bein a SEAL, cuz your not. what a disgrace.
i didnt say I was a SEAL I said I was in the army dumbass, and yes I know people that are Navy Seals and they do do that as part of their training, your a disgrace, what unit were youin, what company, where did you train, who was your CO, I did a year and a half of service during operations enduring and Iraqi freedom along with my 6 years in the military, what about you, whats your third block of training in basic, oh you cant answer, shut the fuck up
you never said you were in the army before stupid. and i said my husband was in the navy, so he would know a whole lot more about the
SEALS than you grunt. And i still see that you have nothing to say about how we had to let that hijacker go becuase he was waterboarded. what do you have to say about that? the very thing that your supporting is letting terrorists go free. Also people will say anything to make the pain stop so its unreliable.....VERY unreliable.
I'm currently on a carrier, doing my service in both operations enduring and Iraqi freedom. Half my divison are former SEALs, Corpsman, and Aviation. only a year and a half in both operations out of 6 years? I've only been active for less than two years and I'm being deploy twice in less than one year one average, 5-6 months each. the idea that we no longer follow the laws for a cheap vendetta or "revenge" that has been promoted by a corrupt government...
, I can't wait for this to be cleaned up just so we can do things right and accually be able to punish these terriorst without having to let them go in the end for "lack of evidence" or becuase the evidence has been tampered with becuase of tourtre
You need help! What highjacker are you talking about, send a link to the news article, give me something to research, dont just pull crap out of the air.Your husband was in the navy, okay, but was he a Navy Seal. You know they also use waterboarding implemented in training CIA operatives, they do that so theyll know its effective, the same reason they Taze police officers before they give them a tazer. Did you bote for Obama, you know he shut down Guantanamo bay, one detanee is back with AQ
ok! The fact is that thousands of US Soldiers undergo this very same Waterboarding every year, its called SERE school (Survival Evasion Resistaqnce Escape) your very own soldiers do it all the time, why no protest for their training? You know its really nice to think of the U.S. as being morally superior, but you cant be superior when your dead! Waterboarding is a non lethal interogation technique and I support it. Maybe there are some things that the US public just shouldnt know about.
Guys! I have news for all of you who appove this torture. This will be allowed on us because they (the powers that be) are focusing on the NWO. We are 75% NAU and the Neo Cons are doing a great job destroying our US Constitution. Then they'll use divide and conquer technics to turn groups on one another....not hard to do. Conclusion, we'll turn one another over to the FEMA prison camps. Remember, Black Water is on stand by, but you think it's all a joke....keep smiling you'll need it.
For all of you Republicans and hard core military and paramilitary people, I will agree to make waterboarding an every day tool in the war on terrorism, mafia, and corrupted cops, if and only if, every single person who is healthy enough to withstand this technique, must experience it for real at least once in their lifetime. That includes all of the Republicans, Democrats, Independents inlcuding males and females. What do you think about that hardcore GOP?
Being a liberal, I think this was too extreme. So, this is what Ive got to say. Now that an American has probably been traumatized for the rest of his life, I think there was no place for a demo like that. Thats like pita not feeding animals at demos to get their point across. This is stupid!
When a terrorist plot goes undiscovered because a terrorists didnt feel like talking, and when 100s die as a result..do you go to the bedside of the dead and dying and tell them that they died for a great cause by protecting terrorists civil rights?
You really sound like a guy who would be great for a KGB job. If you are true american and respect freedom, you wouldn't be talking this way. How about to use sleep or fluid deprivation to force someone to talk?
And you sound like a 16 year old moron who want to live in Disneyland. Now answer the question moron. If the terrorist plot goes undiscovered so that you can play your Mr. Moral Outrage soap opera...will you go to te dead and dying and apologized for your actions? Yes/No? Or are you like all teenagers and you reject the idea of responsibility for your actions altogether?
your a fucking retard. whats the difference between Al Queeda killing 20 thousand American and you fucking americans killing 100 000 innocent Iraqi's in the first 3 nights of the bombing raids? Your a fucking close minded American. Hope you know that Osama Binladen was givin all his training and weaponry from the states in the 80s/90s
Actually 1 is true and 3 is true. If you knew anything you would know that the Taliban was created and trained and armed by the U.S in the 80s/90s to fight off the Russians when they ere invading the middle east. Osama Bin Laden was considered a buisness and economical partner with the U.S. And there were no WMD's found in Iraq they found plants for making chemical weapons but no weapons were actually found.
More gibberish from the Cult of Ignorance aka Far Left. No clownboy the Taliban did not show up in Afghanistan until 1996. The Soviet/Afghan war ended in 1989. USA armed Pashtun leaders in Afghanistan in early mid 80s. After the USSR left the mujahadeen fell into a Civil War. The taliban then stepped forward to impose order. The USA had been out of the picture for 10 years.
Nope the USA never funded the Afghan-Arabs i.e Bin Laden. The CIA supported a few Pashtun leaders like Haq, and Hekmatyr. The Arabs like Bin Laden were never supported by Afghans themselves who saw them as outsiders. The CIA had no use for them as they were non Afghan, and too anti Western.
If you read actual reports that were rquired by internation law that were given to the U.N you would know this. Not American Propaganda that was fed to the general population...I guess when you have a shitty education system you have weak minds..
these fucking liberals are oblivious would you rather have innocent people around the world killed cause we dont want to give these radicals a spook give me a breack this insanity
I think they should use waterboarding for usual criminals as well. For murderers, rapists, thieves and everyone else who has something to hide like suspects. It's just an interrogation-technique and I guess you would still have the right to remain silent while getting waterboarded. If you don't have something to hide, then you will just remain silent.
Of course, someone is not officially deemed a criminal until convicted by a court. So that would rule out suspects of a crime, and it would make little sense to use it after a person has been convicted and starts serving a sentence anyway. So when and why would you use the technique on convicted criminals?
For all of you Republicans and hard core military and paramilitary people, I will agree to make waterboarding an every day tool in the war on terrorism, mafia, and corrupted cops, if and only if, every single person who is healthy enough to withstand this technique, must experience it for real at least once in their lifetime. That includes all of the Republicans, Democrats, Independents inlcuding males and females. What do you think about that hardcore GOP?
HAHAHAHAHA, oh no, we waterboard sandniggers who do a lot worse to their own people WHO GIVES A FUCKING SHIT! Let's see one of these fucking protesters have one of their relatives captured by the enemy, now do you wan to get some answers or not mother fucker! YES, WATERBOARD THEM! THIS IS FUCKING WAR ASSHOLES!
I've heard the stories, but I can't believe people who have bought the "we are at war" government line actually existed. But besides that trailer park Joe, maybe you can grasp onto the concept that we're supposed to be the civilised ones, and participating in torture such as this puts our society back centuries.
Oh NO!! We've dropped down to their level! HOW COULD WE! It's necessary in certain situations, I'm sick of you liberals who sit back and criticize our government. I'm all for torturing people to get information and then blowing their fucking heads off after we get it. FUCK YOU LIBERAL!
Gee, if our gov't hadn't made unprovoked attacks on Iraq & Afghanistan to begin with we wouldn't have all these detainees to torture in the first place. That's the real issue. And even if there were a legitimate reason to get information by waterboarding, it would still be torture. So why not admit that we find torture perfectly acceptable and be honest about it?
Anyone else notice the hard plastic in the towel that prevented him from being waterboarded? The Easy way or the Hard way, yeah let's just keep asking, then pointing with a finger, then yelling then yelling again. GIVE ME A BREAK. WATERBOARD THEM IF THEY DIE THEY DIE.
Who exactly is them? In time this will be you soon, trust me, just give it time. Keep giving your rights away blindly for the sake of feeling "safer" from people in caves on the other side of the world... Yes those are supposedly the scary guys when its actually your gov't but you have "faith" in your smart bush eh?
Have you ever heard of the Nuremburg trials. We used to hang people that did this. You are as demented as the SS.I am a disabled veteran and this is not the America that I served in.We never had to use this during the cold war.Even when there were thousands of Soviet ICBM'pointed at us. People like you have turned america into the Land of the scared and the home of the stupid. My america would have tried him in NYC not gitmo.and if found quilty hung him.
There are better videos about this stuff. they are faking this, you can see that the towel has some sort of solid guard under it at 3:45. Find someone really getting water boarded for a true impact. These guys are self righteous pricks. good game! -Dizy
I dont think you were supposed to be confused from the real thing and this light version of what waterboarding is. I thought they were clear on that.. but maybe you are not that bright.
Dating back to the Spanish Inquisition, water boarding has been favored because, unlike most other torture techniques, it produces no marks on the body. Information retrieved from the waterboarding may not be reliable because a person under such duress may admit to anything, as harsh interrogation techniques lead to false confessions. "The person believes they are being killed, and as such, it really amounts to a mock execution, which is illegal under international law!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
It's Not Terror When It is Conducted On Terrorist,, Its National Security My Freedom And your's Depend On It , Who Gives a Sh-T about these low level scum bags anyway.. oh wait maybe the ACLU does but thier scum also ,,,Lets Protect Freedom Not Protest it!
I'm tired of fuckin rats in this country ACLU protecting these animal's so called rights which they forfiet when they break the geneva convention. Maybe they should realize that if the terrorist had an opportunity, they would kill them in a second
emt, you are a fucking cunt. How the fuck is torturing random people picked up by U.S. military "protecting freedom"? "low level scum bags"? you don't even know them. the terrorists responsible for 9/11 are in Washington D.C., and if we engage in activities like this we have no right to call anyone else terrorist or dictator. Perhaps if your mother was raped with a broken bottle in front of you (U.S. has supported such actions) you would feel differently about the situation.
You know if you came to england 20 years ago and you had an irish second name that could be grounds for us to pick you up and torture you. And thats what torture is. You use it on someone who doesnt know anything and they will admit to everything you want them to. Of course that doesnt make it true but at least ive got my arrest. If I did torture you I wonder what I could make you admit to? "Im a silly cunt" "I like blowing up pubs" "Im a kiddy fiddler".
Well that is the clincher, isn't it MrMom7? These people have never faced trial. They're arrested on accusations, but no evidence is ever presented to a jury of twelve men and women for it's validity to be determined; and that is how we determine guilt and innocence. In many cases the government has admitted it 'has' no, or very little evidence, and must use torture to obtain it. You have conceeded that torture is unacceptable, and that waterboarding is torture.
a real terrorist and criminal (to a certain degree) like a murderer, child molester, rapist..someone who has done harsh crimes should be tortured!!! the problem is that not every man or person in our government should be trusted becuz its been proven that they lie!!

ENJOY!
strobe74 2 years ago
If you are going to attack Bush for not preventing 9/11 I personally don't care, I didn't vote for him once. You didn't like his policies? Fine, his term is up and the U.S. elected a democrat. That's why democracy works.
What I think is disgusting is that people are running to the defense of these people who kill innocent U.S. citizens and attack the people that defend this country (Intelligence/Military). We need to let them do their jobs.
danb135 2 years ago
Really who in Iraq killed innocent US citizens. I mean.. they had nothing to do with 9/11 and bush even admitted it so what US citizens did they kill?
Also when we torture people it gives terrorist organizations recruiting material to work with. Think about it. We're just proving them right when we do chicken shit stuff like that.

This is effective with no physical injury to the enemy combatant that wears no uniform. AQ & Taliban study our techniques so their people can be more resistant. Waterboarding
Beatings
Sleep deprivation
Prolonged stress standing
Prolonged nudity

If you have someone who has information needed to save American lives, use any means necessary. I don't care if they stick bamboo under his nails, or hang him by his toes and flog him. The morons who made this video should have been in the towers on 9/11.
BrooklynGirl418 3 years ago
I think a more non lethal way to get information would be via thick dirty sanchez mustaches. If I see some nasty dude take a dump and he tells me it will be my mustache if I don't speak, I'd speak. Unless of course you like that kind of thing. Another option is the old string tied around the penis gag. Nothing gets you talking quicker when you are wondering what will blow up first, the penis or the bladder.

both are terrible but just becuase one is is more gruesome than the other doesnt justify things. And i dont think that religion should be brought into this becuase there have been alot of bad things done in the name of religion. Does the Spanish Inquisistion ring a bell?
saiyajinmillina 3 years ago
Yup, and what was done in the spanish inquisition was torture. If you want to get waterboarded, join the Navy Seals, its a part of their training to get waterboarded, why isnt anyone complaining about us torturing them? They arent. i know I was in the military. If we had captured one of the terorrist that plotted 911 and waterboarding would have gotten information form them that would have prevented the WTC from being destroyed and saved 3000 + american lives, would you be against it then?
hasani42 3 years ago
A Naval Officer put himself through waterboarding as an experiment to see if it really was tourture, and even under the most controled enviroment, even with all the reassureances that he would be okay, he was freaking out, in those conditions it was still tourture
Also we did waterboard a 9/11 hijacker and we had to let him go becuase of that! We would have had to let him go even if we had waterboarded him before the attacks becuase it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
saiyajinmillina 3 years ago
Is he dead, did he lose any limbs, is he seeing a phsychiatrist for mental stress, let me know. Thats not crule and unusual punishment, cruel and unusual punishment would be being stripped naked and having men dressed like clowns beat you with lead pipes, thats cruel and unusual. If its going to save peoples lives, Im all for it
hasani42 3 years ago
it is cruel an unusual punishment. thats why we HAD TO LET A 9/11 HIJACKER GO!!!!! nobody wanted to. we know he did it but he was waterboarded.
Also, you are a liar to say that SEALS have to be waterboarded as training, i know for a fact that they dont. Dont argue with someone with real information on the inside. And dont lie about bein a SEAL, cuz your not. what a disgrace.
saiyajinmillina 3 years ago
i didnt say I was a SEAL I said I was in the army dumbass, and yes I know people that are Navy Seals and they do do that as part of their training, your a disgrace, what unit were youin, what company, where did you train, who was your CO, I did a year and a half of service during operations enduring and Iraqi freedom along with my 6 years in the military, what about you, whats your third block of training in basic, oh you cant answer, shut the fuck up

Also people will say anything to make the pain stop so its unreliable.....VERY unreliable.
saiyajinmillina 3 years ago
I'm currently on a carrier, doing my service in both operations enduring and Iraqi freedom. Did you bote for Obama, you know he shut down Guantanamo bay, one detanee is back with AQ
hasani42 3 years ago
ok! The fact is that thousands of US Soldiers undergo this very same Waterboarding every year, its called SERE school (Survival Evasion Resistaqnce Escape) your very own soldiers do it all the time, why no protest for their training? More from the Cult of Ignorance. Tell us which of the following is true.
1. USA found no WMDs in Iraq.
2. USA armed Saddam
3. USA armed Bin Laden
4. USA stealing Iraq oil.
5. USA attack on Iraq illegal.
Answer: None of the above.
ehunter2 3 years ago
Actually 1 is true and 3 is true. If you knew anything you would know that the Taliban was created and trained and armed by the U.S in the 80s/90s to fight off the Russians when they ere invading the middle east. Osama Bin Laden was considered a buisness and economical partner with the U.S. And there were no WMD's found in Iraq they found plants for making chemical weapons but no weapons were actually found.
juicyjussi 3 years ago
More gibberish from the Cult of Ignorance aka Far Left. No clownboy the Taliban did not show up in Afghanistan until 1996. The Soviet/Afghan war ended in 1989. USA armed Pashtun leaders in Afghanistan in early mid 80s. After the USSR left the mujahadeen fell into a Civil War. The taliban then stepped forward to impose order. The USA had been out of the picture for 10 years.
ehunter2 3 years ago
Nope the USA never funded the Afghan-Arabs i.e Bin Laden. The CIA supported a few Pashtun leaders like Haq, and Hekmatyr. The Arabs like Bin Laden were never supported by Afghans themselves who saw them as outsiders. The CIA had no use for them as they were non Afghan, and too anti Western.

Frunkenstein 3 years ago
Of course, someone is not officially deemed a criminal until convicted by a court. So that would rule out suspects of a crime, and it would make little sense to use it after a person has been convicted and starts serving a sentence anyway. So when and why would you use the technique on convicted criminals?

"The person believes they are being killed, and as such, it really amounts to a mock execution, which is illegal under international law!

emt, you are a fucking cunt.

"Im a silly cunt" "I like blowing up pubs" "Im a kiddy fiddler".
aaronharms123456 3 years ago
Well that is the clincher, isn't it MrMom7? These people have never faced trial. They're arrested on accusations, but no evidence is ever presented to a jury of twelve men and women for it's validity to be determined; and that is how we determine guilt and innocence. In many cases the government has admitted it 'has' no, or very little evidence, and must use torture to obtain it. You have conceeded that torture is unacceptable, and that waterboarding is torture.
